Unpleasant.

I liked that the property was modern.

I didn’t like that everything was stained and dirty. Pee stains on the bed brown stains on the towels, black stains on the covers and makeup on the pillows. There were no trash bags in the trash cans. The front desk was rude when I brought up my concerns and made an employee off the clock bring us more linens and didn’t even get a proper comforter. (I know he was off duty cause the front desk didn’t put me on hold when telling the employee to bring us new.) I did not want to make my own bed after driving for 18 hours, yet I had to. There was no offer for compensation and not even a sorry, just a “we are overbooked I don’t have anything else for you”

Meh with potential

Staff and housekeeping.

Advertising an indoor pool means it's indoor. Chose this hotel for pool but it was connected to outdoor water so freezing cold. Hardly no snacks or beverages other than beer, water, and diet coke available. Ice machine broken. ATM machine broken. Luggage cart had flat wheel. No microwave in room.

The lady that checked us In and out.Was very friendly.

The TV did not work, the pool was filthy. The coffee pot did not work.

Our stay was disappointing. The reviews looked promising, but our experience was not a good one.

The location was convenient. The bartender was friendly.

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay at the property. Previous reviews noted the cleanliness of the facilities. The bathroom ceiling was peeling and had black mold. I paid for two queen beds and the breakfast buffet. The staff on site said they did not have a record of this and made no attempt to resolve the issue. My husband went down to discuss the breakfast issue and then tried to get a couple of cups of coffee. They were going to charge for the coffee and then told him that he couldn't take coffee to the room from the lobby area. Needless to say, we should have elected to stay at the Embassy Suites nearby.

It was disappointing and I won’t be back.

The location was great.

Our bathroom wasn’t clean. There was butt crust and hair on the toilet. There weren’t any towels in the room and when my husband asked for some, there weren’t any wash clothes. The breakfast was NOT included as it’s advertised on this website. It is $15.95 per person and had about 5 options. Also, coffee was an additional $3. The customer service was poor and it was apparent that the staff had poor communication amongst themselves.

Good accomodations but not much within safe walking distance.

Breakfast buffet on first day. Reserved a King size room and was given a two queens room.

Would stay again

The breakfast buffet(extra charge) was delicious and I like the fact that there was a bar, in the hotel. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping, were pleasant.

The only microwave was in the lobby by the front desk, not in the pantry on the floor or in the rooms. For the price of the stay, you would think something as simple as a microwave would be included in the room or the pantry, on the floor. Also the bar closes at 10pm even on the weekends. Other hotels for equal price, with bars, in the city, close at 12pm on the weekend.

Nice place

The customer service at the front desk (I think he was a manager) was exceptional! He was so friendly and informative!!

The bathroom could have used a better clean. There was hair all in the shower and weird spot all over the shower walls that needed to be cleaned! Nothing I couldn’t deal with myself!! I know they are super busy and things get overlooked!

Superb

Love that there is a restaurant and a swimming pool. Good sized bed and room. Very comfortable. Love the interior decorating.

Toilet got stopped up. Had to go to walmart to buy a plunger.

The property had been heavily disinfected with some sort of perfumed cleaner/ deodorizer. For a persons sensitive to perfumes or smells it was very offensive

Great service, great bed, great shower!

When we first arrived - Guest Services was very professional, up beat and welcoming. Our room was clean, bed soft but we did have an issue with the internet connection. Darrin came up and attempted to troubleshoot the problem. He also gave us another room nearby and unfortunately it had the same issue. Darrin checked several rooms, then found us a room on another floor as it appears the network issue was impacting multiple rooms. I appreciated his willingness to help and friendly service. Thank you Darrin. The shower is always the highlight of any hotel we visit and the shower here did not disappoint.

If I must to pick something - I would say the bathroom was smaller than I expected but it still had everything one would need in a standard bathroom.

Will definitely go back

The hotel was amazing. Very clean and very beautiful. The lady at checkout was so sweet and so funny. Definitely needs a raise lol

There was no towels at the pool and the pool could be cleaned more often since its an indoor outdoor pool. Other than the pool the hotel itself was great!

It was disgusting and grimy but the front desk staff was nice.

The front desk staff was beyond amazing. They were so nice and helpful!

Disgusting. Everything was grimy and nasty. Sticky carpets, bathtubs and toilets not properly wiped down, and towels covered in brown stains. I paid $150/night for a disgusting hotel room and I was extremely disappointed.

Perfect stay for an amazing price

Absolutely amazing place to stay. The staff at the front desk are awesome and super friendly. The lobby/bar/breakfast area is stunning and the room was beautiful and clean. We didn't order room service but I think it's neat that they have such a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. The price for all this was insanely low as well!

I enjoy Marriott Hotels always. The staff, service, and the comfort.

The lack of microwave. I know they want u to order room service, but I want the option not to and warm up food I have. The toilet was also leaking from the pipe

Great place!

The bed and pillows were so comfy and it was very clean!

They wouldn't let me pay cash for the room, but that wasn't a huge deal, just a little inconvenient at the time.
