Overall, a good experience. The restaurant staff was amazing, as well as, the food. Very convenient to get to the interstate and was a quick trip back from the wedding festivities that we were in town for.

A few minor things, but it didn’t ruin the visit. The glassware in the room was visibly dirty - lip prints and fingerprints. Just asked for a fresh wine glass from the restaurant and used the paper cups for the coffee maker. The fridge took a good 24 hours to actually chill the drinks we had brought with. The water in the shower only got about lukewarm and the water pressure was in/out.

Great location. The staff was nice.

The pool area was so filthy the grandkids didn’t even swim. Pizza boxes everywhere, so many dirty towels etc. That is the reason we picked this hotel. To be able to chill out and not leave the hotel. I had just gotten out of hospital so didn’t gave energy to do anything else.We ended up having to take them out for entertainment. The windows leaked a lot. Trying to keep the 3 year old from messing with the water was a pain.

No microwave but info said that it was . Hair all over bathroom, sunflower seeds under tables . Pullout sofa literally touched the king bed so kids might as well sleep in same bed as you .

Nice building and really good facilities.

The hotel seemed really empty and there were quite a lot of staff but in general the standard of service wasn’t high. The staff didn’t really seem interested in going the extra mile for us. Examples are that we ordered room service and let staff know when we were done. When we checked out the next morning the the dishes were still outside the room. The pool and gym are great but weren’t clean around the edges (ie the water fountain by the pool). The tv in the gym wasn’t working and I called for help but the worker at the spa just said ‘I don’t know how to fix it. Call back later’ and didn’t even come to look. Front desk staff were more helpful.

Great staff and location pool could use a slight upgrade

Hotel did not honor/accept Booking.com reservation. Luckily there was a room available to reserve through the hotel. If company/hotel is not going to honor “third party reservations,” hotel should not be listed as an option.
