Was turned away and reservation canceled without notice by hotel staff

Location was hard to find. When we did arrive we had to wait almost 15 minutes for front desk staff to come to desk. When he did finally arrive he was very rude and did not want to honor the booking we reserved online despite the fact that we showed him the confirmation email with the confirmation number and all. He stated that the manager had canceled our reservation and that there was no more rooms available, yet we were never notified by the hotel nor booking.com, and we drove an hour to get there and had to drive back another hour and look for available motels.

Staff was unprofessional, arrogant, and extremely rude. No regards for our time or the fact that we did have reservation and traveled over an hour to get to the hotel.

Told staff that I going going to leave after 3 nights I payed over 900 dollars I could not get my money since I wasn’t staying the 4th night said l would have to call Bookings. Com, for refund but I paid cash he should have refunded my cash…..room had bugs in room

It was clean. Location was good .

Some plumbing issues. Every now and then the toilet would make random gurgling noises that were loud and woke me up.

the beds are comfortable and the night stuff are great.

in the bathroom there was hair inside the sink and bathtub. Breakfast doesn't exist, it's just a coffee pot. the night clerk was very helpful, but the morning clerk didn't even get up from his chair at the back of the reception room to assist me. I believe there must be better hotels nearby.

Pleasant

Room rate included breakfast but when we arrived at the hotel and asked where breakfast was served we were advised that they no longer did breakfast "due to Covid". We eventually got a partial refund but only after Booking.com intervened on our behalf. The hotel also failed to update the credit card we had provided and charged an old card which resulted in us incurring unnecessary foreign transaction fees.

A pleasant place

This place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It is decorated in a pleasant manner. The desk chair was a little squeaky and the decorative cover of the bed springs / box (?) was a little worn but that really pales in comparison to the presence of microwave, refrigerator, iron, hairdryer, and manageable heater. We got our money's worth.

Hotel is conveniently located near I95. The rooms are very clean. An Irish pub and restaurant serving hearty sandwiches and meals is next door. We will definitely stay here again.

Here is my sentence. I could not stay there and will be disputing the charge.

There was no breakfast although I was promised breakfast when I made the reservation. The room was disgusting I could not stay.

What didn’t I like? Everything. Window was left open so bugs everywhere. Someone should really look at the blind in the bathroom it was broken and covered in dirt. I mean covered. There was no hot water.

Not recommended- room was filthy.

Conveniently located next to the highway, a restaurant, and a Dunkin Donuts. The staff was kind and helpful.

The room was filthy. I mean no disrespect to the housekeepers as I know it's a hard and thankless job, but it looked like all they did was change the bedding and wipe down the bathroom. Every other surface including the light switches, the floors, the desk and side table, the air conditioning unit, and the walls was visibly grimy and sticky to the touch. The blanket, while clean, had an old cigarette burn hole. It was hard to fall asleep in that environment and I was furious that I paid around $160 for it.

Great location and comfortable

Great location near Gillette. Mick Morgan’s is in parking lot. Very clean and comfortable bed. Would def stay again.
