مريحين بالتعامل. خدومين جداً من ناحية يشيلون عنك الاغراض ويوصلونها للغرفة، الاكل الديلفري، لطيفين. الغرفة واسعة والاطلالة حلوه وفيه اكثر من مكان بالغرفة الواحد يجلس ويروق. فيه غلاية قهوة مختصة وعجبني مره لاني جبت معي اظرف قهوة مختصة فكان بيرفكت👍🏻. السرير خيالي كيف مريح. النظافة 10/10 والحمامات مره حلو ترتيبه وكبره ونظيف. انبسطت مره بالاقامة. المنطقة حول الفندق مره امنة كنا نمشي 11 بالليل وكان امان. جهزوا لنا فراولة وبالونات ورسالة عشان مناسبتنا بدون رسوم وكانت لفتة حلوة سوينا تشك اوت متاخر بدون رسوم وكذلك خلينا عندهم الشناط لما وقت رحلتنا 👍🏻

المواقف غالية جداً تقريبا 200 ريال سعودي لليلة، الموقع حلو بس اذا معك سيارة، اذا مامعك سيارة فيه جو اند جوس قريب مره بس مافي شيء غيره لاحظته ينفع الواحد يروح له مشي.

Beautiful, luxury hotel in the hear of Miami

Hotel is really beautiful. The 2 acre grounds are gorgeous with 3 pools, although 1 is reserved for residents. The palm tree pool is great for relaxing and the pool was open 24 hours. The rooms are decorated to very high standards and feel very luxurious. The food at the Edge restaurant is delicious, and their bar is super fashionable. They are very dog friendly, which is perfect for us bc we travel with our toy poodles. The location is also very walkable to restaurants and shopping. We had great meals in the neighborhood based on the hotel’s food recommendations. Valet is fast and efficient. The gym is an Equinox a few floors below. Overall a wonderful hotel!

Housekeeping was agressive and tried to enter our room with a do not disturb sign up and texted me later asking if I wanted service. I asked them to stop texting and said I will let them know when I want my room cleaned. There was a bit of an upsell attitude at the property, but that may be a Miami thing. I received another text just before check in asking if we wanted to upgrade our room to a suite that was double the price of what I booked. I guess I thought that if you were going to offer an upgrade that it might be slightly more (or complimentary), but not double. There are not enough lounge chairs at the pool for guests and definitely not enough umbrellas. We were told the wait would be long, but it ended up only being 15 minutes, but the chairs were in the sun. I sat there for a bit but my husband didn’t. For the rest of the trip we used the pools at odd times just for a quick swim.

Wonderful experience at a beautiful hotel!

Beautiful property that is well maintained with exceptional staff and service.

The one bar at the hotel was small for the size of the hotel and was always crowded at night. Perhaps open up the bar area, converting seating in the restaurant for the bar, to make the bar larger as the restaurant was typically not crowded but the bar was very active.

Awesome Four Seasons hotel, did for sure meet the expectations which you have when booking it. Rooms are very tidy, spacious, 2 times cleaning per day and outstanding friendly staff. Would come definitely come again.

They unfortunately still use animal tested luxury brand "Diptyque" as their standard fragnances as well as animal tested "Kiehls" in the gym downstairs. It would be nice to see them switching to a cruelty friendly luxury costmetic brand like Aesop or similar. The sunscreen is from Sunbum which is awesome though!

the staff came in and cleaned while we were in the room and didn’t ask us. it was odd. we were in a suite. we didn’t have a sign up to clean so it was very odd. but we let them clean the bathrooms. our phone wasn’t working to call down. im pretty sure I tried everything and to no avail did it work.
