Hotel very comfortable, but no water pressure.

Breakfast is quite good. Lots of fruit, juice, coffee and tea, breads. Room was very comfortable, with one exception (see below). Sofa and desk were very comfortable. Hotel was close to Central Park.

There was next to no water pressure on the 10th floor. Several times the tap was completely dry. Showers were generally very weak. Neighborhood is a little dicey, with a lot of homeless hanging out.

Had to get key cards recoded 3x. Hotel system did not show 2nd night reservation from Booking.com. Front desk staff gave wrong time for end of breakfast.

In a nutshell my stay was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the cleaning staff was amazing. The breakfast

It was located close to all the activities I planned.

Some of the staff were rude. Especially when they charged my card twice and I called to make them aware. The young lady on the phone was terribly rude and unprofessional.

This is really THE place to stay in Atlanta Downtown

This hotel really exceeded my expectations - a very warm welcome - a phantastic room - fine breakfast - and you can also have a small dinner at the place, so in Atlanta ? Stay at Hyatt Place Atlanta Downtown - in the center of the town - also close to a Marta Station

The Internet-connection was not as good as everything else - in fact rather poor

Relaxing and comfortable

The room had a great space, the internet access was great to work, the place looked in great conditions and the location of the hotel is really centric.

I think the breakfast could have more options, it´s a little bit limited. And the coffee was not the best.

The hotel had great staff who were friendly,

The breakfast was satisfactory. One of the toasters was broken and never repaired.

The area had quite a few homeless often asking for money. The hotel ran out of toilet paper probably because of the holiday weekend but was rectified before panic situation. Many suites were affected.

Absolutely wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was decent, but the air unit was so loud and the bathroom was tiny.

We literally got woke up at 2 am to people breaking into guest cars in the parking lot. Not to mention you have to pay to park in the parking lot which isn’t disclosed when booking. So when we thought we would only be paying $261 we ended up paying $311 to not even feel safe or get a good nights sleep.

Comfortable, close to sights.

Walking distance to our venue. The breakfast was great! All the staff were very nice.

The bathroom did not have enough counter space. Loud people outside in the wee hours, did not enjoy being on the ground floor.

Overall don't like this hotel.

Room was okey and big, on High floor, Breakfast was good but eating place was so small and everyone waiting for table.

Staff was not friendly, and same with breakfast eating place is very small and Guest need to wait for empty table etc. They charged and hold lot of money as security deposit which will refund back to me card after 17 days of checkout, due to this worst hotel policy, me faced my card limit issue during traveling. and when me asked for invoice, they said it will be email you, which they never emailed me and then i contacted them again for invoice and got it.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff we interacted with. We’ll be back next year for Shaky Knees.

The staff was fantastic! Everyone was very accommodating and friendly.

The bathroom area was quite small which made it difficult to change in.

Awesome hotel!

The staff was absolutely outstanding!! Very helpful and had the answer to any questions you may need getting around Atlanta. Breakfast was good, it was easy to navigate the hotel, and room keeping does a great job. Thanks Hyatt place.

It's expected when you visit a big city, It's right next to a park area that you cannot get by without 1-3 people asking for money. Not the hotels fault but definitely very off putting walking through there.

Very enjoyable

location was very central for our needs. We enjoyed restaurants in the area and did an Atlanta bus tour which was great and the pick up/drop off location was very close to the hotel Room was very comfortable

When we turned the heat up the vent was very loud so I didn't sleep the 1st night. We figured out how to turn the fan off and it was much quieter the following night.

Love this place, if i’m ever in Atlanta again this will be my hotel of choice!

Super clean, great breakfast, nicely decorated rooms, comfortable bed, nice bathrooms, nicely decorated in general. Nice spacious room with big shower. Staff was excellent, very helpful and kind, no rude person at all. Also close to a lot of hotspots.

Water shut off for 3 hours for maintenance and there was no hot water later that night for shower, but our parking fee got refunded due to this, staff was very helpful and accommodating. The good tremendously outweighed the this hiccup.
