The hotel was very nice. The service and people were joyful and helpful. The location was great. However, our double bedroom had a very small bathroom. There were three of us in a bedroom with just one sink. Otherwise, everything was great.

The size of the bathroom was for one person, but there were 3 in the room.

Great location. Big, clean and comfortable room with great view. $15 daily allowance per room to spend at market in the lobby.

Even though we were given one of their best rooms on the 34th floor, we could hear noises coming from the plumbing in the bathroom walls

Only 1 bed in room. Not really for 5 adults

The hotel is excellently located, very close to Grand Central Station and a few minutes away from Times Square. Rooms were quite big and clean and at check in you’d receive a 15$ daily budget to spend on coffee/ muffins/ bagels/ fruits at the market located in the lobby.

It was quite cold in the rooms even if you’d turn the heater on also due to the fact that doors weren’t closed hermetically and you could feel the cold coming in from beneath the door. Also, the budget of 15$ was only partially covering a decent breakfast ( enough only for 2 small coffees and 1 muffin - for a family of 3).

All staff with the exception of two Valet staff members were great!

Took for ever to get my car from valet and the valet attendant backed into another car in front of me and broke my car phone holder.

Il posizione e’ il migliore in assoluto. La stanza grande con 2 letti matrimoniali e’ molto spaziosa con la vista su Crysler Building, il più bello edificio di tutta New York.

Lo staff per church in sono pochi e molto molto lenti che faceva le code lunghissime ogni giorno.

It’s a great location in central to everything I needed

It’s a bit outdated rooms are dingy. I had rust in erosion all in my bathroom, which made me feel a little bit nervous. Also, my AC stopped working. Had to call support twice to fix it.

La localisation est optimale pour les visites et l’accès aux transports publics se trouve directement est très bon.

L’isolation thermique dans les chambres (nous avions un courant d’air même avec la fenêtre fermée et la Clim éteinte)

Estaba muy bien situado .En el centro de la ciudad ,al lado de la Terminal Central .

Que no había un restaurante para tomar algo .

The staff member who greeted us at 10 pm at night... wasnt helpful overcharged our bond and wasnt even interested in talking about the bond amount charged or the upgrade he promoted. Really disappointing.

Location was great. they cleaned the room well. and the staff was polite and helpful where they could be. the room wasnt too small like many NYC rooms.

no breakfast. store downstairs was doub/triple priced for most stuff. A whole bunch of dodgy extra fees were charged after I already booked and "paid" for the room. gym was under construction. fountains were dry. bar never opened until the last day we were there.

The room was nice overall. Quiet. The fitness center was good.

The room had stains on the furniture, not sure it was clean. The shower was not working properly, handle was messed up and the hot water was hard to find. For the price, i expected more. The bar and grill only opened at 5:00 pm on Friday, so could not get an afternoon meal after travel, had to leave the site.

Atendimento pessimo por parte da recepção. Funcionarios hostis e conversam com descaso e ironia. A acomodação esta destruida. O quarto fede mofo e suor. Em um dos quartos nao tinha chuveiro, so uma mangueirinha. Um dos quartos fica em frente a saida dos elevadores de serviço, todos os dias acordávamos com conversas altas e gritos entre eles.Quando solicitei um quarto que nao estivesse fedendo e que tivesse um chuveiro normal, o atendente da recepção sugeriu trocar mediante um acrescimo na diaria. O Grand Hyatt at Grand Central, sempre foi nossa escolha desde 2011, qual foi nossa surpresa com o passamos por la desta vez. A rede Hyatt sempre foi pra mim e minha familia uma escolha segura de hospedagem. Nao mais.

Great location and clean.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Difficult to sleep and woke up with back pain every morning. The showers should have mats as the bathtub is very slippery. My son slipped and fell during his shower and I slipped and fell during my shower.
