Buena estadía

El desayuno fue muy bueno y completo. La empleada del desayuno fue muy atenta y amable, igual que los empleados del "counter". La piscina y jacuzzi muy limpios. Tranquilo y agradable todo.

Not so great

The location was convenient to the office I visited.

Renovations were taking place - this meant peeled wall paper in the lobby, and peeled up wallpaper in the bathroom. The shower floor and walls didn’t look very clean. Breakfast options were not great. Oatmeal tasted like water.

Nothing!!

The staff was horrible-no customer service. When I asked for the manager he was too busy to see me. To say they needed training is an understatement. I will be filing a complaint with the owner along with Marriott. We had next door neighbors that played thumping music until after 3am. We called the hotel # from Google and it failed every time. There were no working phones so we unable to reach the hotel.When this situation

Superb

The reception and breakfast staff were fantastic. Breakfast was excellent every morning. Hotel location provided convenient access to all our needs for this trip.

The road traffic made sleeping difficult. Cleaning staff never touched the room the 3 days we were there.

Not worth the price , guess you don't want seniors.

Sunday breakfast ran out of coffee and didn't make if for half an hour. Ran out of waffle batter. Orane juice only dispensed watery substance. Garbage cans never emptied. Ice machine did not work on floor 3. No senior discount. Broken grab bar in shower.

Great place, comfy bed!

After making my reservation and travelling in, the receptionist guy said they had no rooms. Then said he was able to find a room for us for $40 cheaper for the 2 nights $80 all together since they didn't have a suite. Ended up paying more than the booking price.

Rooms was very clean. Breakfast was good.

You have to watch you recipes was charged twice for the room and then was over charged more than booking price twice. Staff was not welcoming at all very unfriendly and unhelpful.

Good hotel to stay at in Dallas

Easy to find. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great quick breakfast. Something for everyone. Love the body gel. Where can I buy some? Not overly priced. Thanks

The coffee maker in the bathroom. Don't forget when you flush particles go into the air. Unsanitary. Otherwise, it was a comfortable place to lay your head.
