pool was broken...107 degrees...other pool half mile away

It is always clean and has easy check-in/out process. Employees are also smiling. Alexia R. was very helpful and kind. I like staying there.

Good Location

Bad service, the Hotel did not clean the beds or change the beds sheet , blankets or something . We were bitten by bed bugs and itched all over our bodies for over week . it destroyed our vacation , rules our trip and it leaves scars on our body , with red bump .... We spoke to the hotel service at lobby , they did not help . they call the manager , his name is Jesu , she saw us with scars , itchy and red they asked to email to them his name is Jesus Velazquez : email [email protected].. Its terrible . We have all picture to show if needed

Breakfast..medicore and the staff and food took for ever and it was empty

Very close to downtown attractions which are in walking distance. Beautiful views of the city and the bay.

Hyatt hotel charged my money from the card twice. it was necessary to pause my trip along the Florida to return back to Hyatt and to solve this money issue. I have returned to Europe already, but the issue is not still solved!!!

I had a flight cancellation so I asked the hotel to postpone my arrival with one day It was possible I asked to do an early check in at 11 am It was possible

I like everything ( maybe AC should be warmer)
