Definitely not Weston level

Rooms are very comfortable. And clean.

Lots of outside parties at 1 AM when we checked in late. In the front desk, staff is rude and has very poor customer service. They don’t even acknowledge you. Definitely not a Westin experience! Did not feel safe being in the parking lot

Great Place to stay, worth the money!

Everything was amazing! This hotel was definitely worth the money. The pool was nice and private. We will be returning. Thank you so much Marriot & Westin DFW

Layover in Dallas due to weather. I would stay here again.

The hotel suttle picked me up at the airport. The romm was very comfortable. The bed I wanted to bring home.

Much needed and relaxing

The cleanliness, smell, and the beds.

I initially I asked for a late check out and I was declined. I overheard another guest saying they had a late check out and were approved. I called the front desk and explained that and my findings, they approved my late check out. I’m from the area, but I now live in another state. I was meeting my family one last time before heading out. It was later in the day 3:30. Check out was 12. So I had nowhere else to go because everyone was at church. So that’s why I needed a later check out.

Quality hotel close to DFW with spacious rooms, shower could be improved but fine for a 1-night airport stay

Enjoyed our stay at the Westin Dallas and would stay there again.

Hotel was close to the airport and they provide a shuttle every hour to the airport. Rooms are good size and the beds are very comfortable! Had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very great!

Room well presented. Bed is amazing. Staff are lovely and helpful.

Not a fan of a shower in a bath; the tap was clunky and didn’t work 100% but a small issue to live with.

We love the location and ability to park while flying out of Dallas for trips.

The transport both to and from the airport was less than helpful on this stay. The desk gave us the wrong information for shuttle times upon check in. When we arrived back in town from our trip, the desk clerk was rude and of zero help in getting our shuttle back to us after a long day of travel. We have stayed here several times and the last two times, this has been an issue.

Convenient to the airport

A couple miles from the airport and a free shuttle to the airport. The bed was comfortable, food served at the bar I think until 10:30

It is pretty dated. But as I only stayed here because I missed my flight connection I was grateful to have a room.
