Hated it, Hilton needs to retrain their people

Staff at front desk is terrible, especially the male and the GM, terrible customer service and rudeness, Hilton needs to fire him, he is really sassy and rude, the next time u throw something at my wife (her Id) will be the last thing thrown

Food and beds were great, I don’t think I got the right room tho

The breakfast was nice and the location seemed discreet even though it was close to everything. I thought it was nice.

Umm I guess there was some dead bugs behind the couch. Also a random dried piece of gum just stuck to the wall

The breakfast is very nice all of us love it

I seem get charged $ 24 dollars at check in front desk without knowing why. I thought I was charged parking while booking on line right after paying for the hotel and when I check in at front the front desk, the lady Told me I need to pay for parking which is fine. I believe she said $24 but invoice I received is only $4 dollars and few cents. If there is extra fee, I thought invoice would show it. But because of the satisfaction we have had over night. I don’t mind to pay a bit more. However, I which it can be a bit more transparent.

Avondale Homewood Suites by Hilton is a comfortable and convenient option for those wanting to go to the Cardinals Stadi

The location was excellent for access to the Cardinals State Farm Stadium

Really not much to complain about. A convenient location with a very nice surrounding area. The only thing that could have been better was that it appeared that they rarely vacuum under the bed. We were looking for something that we dropped on the floor and we’re quite surprised by the debris under the bed.

Our room was not the best. Could have gone somewhere different for the price that’s nicer. The shower has no shower liner so anytime you take a shower water get everywhere. The bathroom sink was clogged and would take forever to drain so you could barley wash you hands for 30 seconds without it filling up all the way. The door in one of the bathroom was to big for the room so they had cut a hole in it to make it not hit the countertop. The shower makes a high pitch squeaking noise the entire time you are showering… it was extremely annoying. There is no housekeeping. The have blinds that make it dark in the room but you can’t extend them so you aren’t able to stop the sun from shining through in the morning. The look of the hotel is old and outdated. The light going along the top of the hallways are all uneven and it looks pretty bad. I could go on… the picture they provide for the hotel booking make it look so nice. It was unfortunate.

Excellent stay!!

The location was perfect for the concert we attended at AK-Chin. The open wine/beer bar on Wed night was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was really good and had all the basics one might need after a long night out lol! The staff was excellent as well! Room size was SUPER! I love that we had a little kitchen and more than enough room to not feel crowded. I will definitely being staying here for future events in that area.

Most relaxing I’ve gotten in awhile

Should’ve read or asked about amenities, my room was equipped with everything I would need to have cooked my own food if I would’ve brought my supplies..next time I’ll request the same type room and bring stuff to cook and have my aunt n cousins come up for dinner next time on our next visit
