Great

Large, open lobby. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. The king-size bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a play area downstairs with toys for children to play with. Plenty of towels were left in the room. Wonderful view of the arch. Safe walk at night to and from Enterprise Center.

It was not explained during check-in that in order to ascend to your correct floor, you have to select the floor and then scan your key. We were not the only ones who were confused. It is a nice security feature! Just needs to be explained.

Room and staff were excellent. Breakfast was not good

Staff were readily available and cleaning tables quickly for guests to have a place to sit.

The breakfast room was too crowded. Eggs had chives and no option without. Chicken sausage gave us slight food poisoning. I do not suggest getting breakfast here. Elevators were overcrowded and took forever to just get down to where it was located.

we were able to check in early. so we could do more things and see more of city. they allowed us to check out but stay in parking garage so we didn't have to move car until after we toured arch

Not worth the money.

Breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, and the distance to Gateway Arche was great.

The pool area was under construction, and there was no hot tub. The ventilation in the pool area was poor and the smell of strong chlorine made it hard to breathe. The game room required you to pay to play. It was tough to park in the garage. There were pillars in the middle of parking spaces and little room to navigate. The room was not worth the cost given the condition of the amenities. The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better. Maybe it was just the age of the hotel, but it didn't seem very clean.

IF YOU WANNA FEEL LIKE YOUR IN COMPTON,CA.....STAY HERE

Rooms were clean and comfortable. People were friendly and helpful.

this place has hidden fees...My bank account went into the negatives because this place charges hidden parking fees. The pool did not accommodate little kids. My 5 year old could not touch anywhere in the pool only the steps. We felt like we were in the projects of Chicago and would not leave the hotel without out doors locked with the amount of people coming up to us at every corner asking for money. I would not stay here again.

Well worth it

It was very convenient to the arch and a very good view. Nice walk to the baseball field I would highly recommend.

Won't likely return

That I only had to stay one day.

The breakfast was barely up to par. Runny eggs and under cooked sausage. The toilet ran too long. No microwave. No view. Too many taxes. For the cost, not up to par.

Don't stay here!

The staff was very friendly

The room was filthy, I'm a house cleaner, so I'm picky, I will admit, but there was dust, dirt, and hair everywhere. We were on the same floor as the pool, yay! But it smelled so strong of chlorine that I got a headache. We didn't even get our OWN shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was a big reusable bottle that everyone who stays there has used. I couldn't bring myself to use them because you never know what someone has done to it! This hotel took cheap corners. The elevators were disgusting and looked as though they've never been cleaned. $330 to stay 1 night in a disgusting hotel. This was the most I've ever paid with the worst experience. I did not bring it up to the staff because they were all very sweet, and they didn't deserve that stress, but all the owners of this facility should be ashamed!

Our stay was ok, we stay here alot. This was the first time I wouldn't give it 5 starts.

The parking was amazing and check in was fine. Breakfast was great and the staff in the breakfast area were amazing and so nice.

The sink in the bathroom was completely clogged. The outlets were extremely loose by the lamps and didn't work. There was hair in the bathtub when we got there. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable.

Hotel was clean and comfortable.

The day we were checking out the elevators were taking forever to get to us. My fiancé waited for an elevator to go down for over 10 minutes and another 10 trying to go back up to our room on the 10th floor. He decided just not to come back up and when I tried to go down after I faced the same problem. I decided to take the stairs but they do not lead directly to the lobby and I ended up having to walk out the parking garage. Just not a very efficient system for a hotel with such a large capacity. I also called to try to add him to the reservation (which we have done many times in the past) though it was under my name because he was going to get there before me. They told me it would not be possible and that I would have to be there with a card to check in. I got on Booking.com and changed it all to his name but it was not convenient or very kindly received. When he arrived they were also out of parking and just told him to park his truck in the handicapped spot.

Great budget friendly option in a convenient location with great staff. Fair accomodations.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. Every employee we encountered wasn't just professional, but also genuinely kind and helpful. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to security outside. Every single person was wonderful! The bathroom was a great size, and the room nice and clean.

The hottub was under construction/repair. The pool ladder was broken/loose, and my daughter slipped and bruised both shins pretty bad. the pool area was VERY crowded and extremely loud. All towels were used by one huge group for hours the only evening we were able to swim, so that was kind of a bummer for my kiddos. The room was clean, and the bathroom was great. The beds weren't super comfy though. The elevators were functioning oddly and skipped floors or paused ever 2 floors.

All in all, we won’t stay again. It was quiet in the hotel, but outside constant sirens

The receptionist was polite and offered us places to eat

Bad location, pool reeked of bleach, elevators were awful!! And had to use our hotel card to go anywhere and everywhere. The whole set up was just really inconvenient for us.

Very unprofessional environment. The room was nice but, customer service needs improvement.

The breakfast was good , the room itself was nice .

The front desk was very inconsiderate with the amount of people that were in the lobby they were having small talk while lobby continued to fill up . Elevators currently having issues . And security guard was no help at all when needed.
