We didn’t stay.

When we got their around 9pm we were told your room was sold to a group. They had overbooked.

We were given a room that was one bed instead of our reserved 2 bed and there was a puke stain.

construction, ripped up carpet, no air conditioning down halls or elevators, dirty carpet in elevators . very unappealing

It was a place to stay…needs updating badly

It was “ok”…2nd floor had water damage. Toilet plugged constantly. Could have at least given me the choice to be on another floor that wasn’t under construction

I liked the beverages were offered all the time and cookies were great .

The pool was broke and no one told us the real story about how long it was down and how long to get it fixed. We only stayed 1 night .

The staff were all very courteous and friendly. The treat bags at check-in were a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent-nice options. Love the full size bath soap and haircare products!

The biggest problem was the stench in our room when we ran the air conditioner. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room, so we weren't sure where the odor was coming from. Subsequently I ended up with miserable headaches after staying there for 2 nights. Were they related? I don't know. My other family who had another room close by noticed the smell immediately. I did mention it at check out, and I was kind of blown off.

Average - it was ok!

Was in an odd location, a little hard to find. The parking lot needs work and there wasn't actually enough parking available! The main floor was under construction and it was extremely warm on that level, which is where the breakfast was served!

Great location, clean rooms, nice staff

Location near many restaurants, one in particular was the restaurant next to Hotel was walking distance. Breakfast served every morning was decent!

The floor we stayed on was under construction so a little dusty but other than that, the room was clean and spacious.

Breakfast is okay had bus load of kids so the cook Could not keep up

Was move to a different room than a booked no washcloth handle came of Faucet next to stairs so very noisy ask to have my room that I booked for the next day for person at desk was rude was told would call when room was ready no call did get new room when got back to hotel room dirty cable didn’t work and was charged a extra $80 because I charge room only back to what I had booked in the first place I guess they don’t want me to stay there anymore no problem

Hotel stay was great, just improve the shuttle service. Had to get a taxi.

The breakfast was great, good variety before our flight

On our arrival back in MSP the shuttle back to pick up our car was not operating even though it was in within the hours of operation.

Overall, it worked for our family of 5 for a weekend stay. Typically I love the Hampton chain but next time I might look

The complimentary breakfast was great, the hotel was clean and the room was decent for the price we paid.

The front desk staff was rude, the pool area was very cold. our room was not cleaned during our stay, the sheets didn’t fit the bed correctly so it was uncomfortable in the middle of the night when they came off.

Ideal for overnight stay after flying in from UK

Clean room with all expected facilities. Breakfast was fine with plenty of choice. No restaurant but a restaurant a few minutes walk away with very friendly staff and where we had a very good light meal and a beer

No tea available. There were a few bags of herbal tea but no breakfast tea as as a Brit coffee is not my morning choice

Friendly staff, fast check in and clean location. Also the breakfast was fresh and good taste.

I booked a room for a family of 5 but the room we stayed in only had 2 queen beds and no pullout sofa so it wasn’t a confortable stay for 5.

It’s fine

The refrigerator was not working because it just little cool never kept the anything cold and we turn it up. Plus the phone didn’t work we tried to get the desk and nothing happen.
