Ladies weekend away.

Great welcoming staff. We needed a couple of things and everyone took care of it, no problem 😍 our view was beautiful!!

After hearing it was newly renovated, I thought it did not reflect resort level at all . If not for the ocean front, I would consider it just average in the rooms. Didn't realize there was going to be a resort fee above the cost of the room.

No refrigerator, beds were hard. Bathroom floor upon entering was dirty. Housekeeping Staff difficult to communicate with.

The pool

AC was loud, our first room had a large chunk of feces on the outside of the toilet (we then changed rooms), lots of kids running and doors slamming past 10pm.

Walls were very thin. Could hear the baby crying in the room next to ours as we were trying to go to sleep.

beach and location are gredt, but don’t like paying resort fees for non resort feel isn’t what we expected.

the location was amazing. loved our ocean front room. we could enjoy the ocean view from our patio.

1. property is well maintained but definitely aged. 2. check in process was frustrating. we checked in on Thursday and arrived around 1pm. We didn’t get into our room u til 3:30…after multiple checks with the front desk. Thursday isn’t a huge check out day and most hotels will check us in early but not here. started our stay off on a bad note. 3. paying a resort fee but not sure why…no extra amenities beyond what is offered at other hotels with no resort fee. poolside bar wasn’t open, no gym facility (treadmill and other machines in pool area is a waste..way too humid for a workout.). I would highly recommend offering free coffee to guests in the morning. little cost to you and goes a long way with guests paying resort fee. also, charging a daily parking fee is insane! I’m paying a resort fee and you still need to buckle and dime me for parking? for those reasons, we won’t be staying again.

Fun time with grandkids and they stayed in a cabin but if they come here again I will book off property.

it’s a good location. Kids enjoyed the pools.

Rooms had a very tiny bathroom and when I pay over $300 per night for a room with 2 queen beds I would expect something nicer than plastic cups for water and paper cups for coffee. How about a glass and a coffee mug?

Over all it was ok. Nice location and outside views. Also it was clean.

Could use some updating. What took me by Suprise, was that they charge you extra to park your car in there parking lot. I did not think that was necessary considering the overall cost of the place. I also thought the pricing was a little high. the food was so - so.

Great stay wonderful staff and great food.

Great view from everywhere and the breakfast buffet was great and well stocked . On Monday they didn't have buffet but they made us a great breakfast .

Cape Cod - Yarmouth with ocean view.

Room with ocean view. Comfortable bed and with jacuzzi.

The water temperature of the indoor pool was cold. The heating system of the room was not enough to keep the room temperature comfortable.

They charged for parking in the middle of October which is ridiculous I would rather them charge me $25 more per night ahead of time then sneak in the $25 parking fee when there is hardly anyone in the lot

We stayed only one night. We plan on disputing second night charge

Staff was pleasant

Beach was awful. Thousands (and I mean thousands) of dead horseshoe crabs. Water was not accessible. No Drink service On the beach that the website mentioned. Restaurant disappointing. Pizza was obviously a frozen pizza. Could not get hot water in the shower.
