Worst stay during my holidays

Close to Everglades

People on social assistance presumed living next to me, asked for money. Noise all night, arguments, nothing about it was done. More begging in the morning, stood right outside my room asking for money, living next to me. Wifi did not work. Manager in the morning avoided the question when checking out, how was your stay.

Breakfast was a joke--only cereal and yogurt, hotel is very old-loud kids and no elevators. TV did not work so I asked them to have it checked- said they did but it did not work, said someone will come by---Never did, I will never stay there again

Horrible customer service.

I paid for two rooms and two nights each. You guys only released one room payment, and i had to pay out of pocket for the other room. Your customer service is no good.

Most disappointing.

The location was fine.

Staff unfriendly, rooms dilapidated and only passably clean. Gargabe at entrance to walkway to rooms. Breakfast was appalling.-- choice of fruit cup, yogurt, and dry granola bar. The selection was poor and there was not enough quantity. Staff made no effort to re-fill stock and so what little there was to choose from was nearly empty.

The rob people. False advertisement. Their web said they give you breakfast and it is not true. They have that advertising just to attract costumers. They fraud and deceive.

It was pretty quiet in the room. You could not hear the traffic outside our room and it was a busy.

We did not have breakfast at the motel. We had gift cards given to us for meals out at breakfast time.

The floors in our room were dirty. You could not see the dirt until you hopped into the shower and your feet got wet. I thought I had dirt on my feet, but in checking my feet when we arrived in the room, they were clean. But 20 minutes later when I got into the shower, I had dirty foot prints in the bathtub.

This is not a motel. This is a long-term stay facility for what I assume would otherwise be homeless people. People hanging out all night around my door smoking (cigarette & weed) and being loud. NOT A SAFE PLACE TO STAY FOR SINGLE FEMALE TRAVELERS.

Days Inn Florida City

Location is perfect. Best staff member was Rene. Supervisor of house keeping. She went above and beyond to help us change rooms when noone at the front desk would even listen to us. Rene also checked up on us to make sure we were happy and comfortable.. Rene is an outstanding person.

The front staff didnt give a damm. First they put us in a room on the 2nd floor when the booking specifically stated 1st floor room. Then the room was in the farthest dark corner of the property and was dirty and had bugs. Then they tried to state that i had 3 rooms reserved when in fact it was only 1 Yet when i asked where are the other 2 rooms were located she said they didnt have 2 other rooms available. When i tried to contact the front desk by text i received messages that they would move us on day 2 of our 3 day stay. When i should the man at the desk the messages he was rude and argumentative until Rene stepped in and fixed things.This was also not our first time at this location we have been there a few tes before and never had a problem.
