Mein Zimmer wurde doppelt von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Bis heute keine Antwort auf meine mehrfachen Anfragen .
Der Balkon und die Fenster waren seit Monaten nicht gereinigt worden. Ich habe mich beschwert und wollte es der Rezeption/ dem Manager persönlich zeigen. Keine Reaktion. Auch nicht auf die Bilder .

Très bel hôtel, grande chambre, au dernier étage et nous avions vue sur ma Marina c'était très agréable.
Literie très confortable.
De très beaux extérieurs, parking cher mais au pied de l'hôtel.
Un peu de retard dans la disponibilité des chambres et nous étions à côté de l'ascenseur cependant très discret.

La marina est assez jolie. On peut se promener facilement à côté des bateaux. Le wifi était parfait pour travailler.
Les chambres sont vieillots. Les équipements méritent d’être rafraîchis. Le rideau était déchiré. La machine à café n’était pas exceptionnelle (café en infusion). L’eau est payante dans les chambres. J’y étais pour le travail pour une convention et le petit-déjeuner était très long au niveau du service.

We only stayed one night instead of two since they shut the water off due to a water break in the area. The only charged us one night and to get booking.com to refund second night. Please acknowledge this request for the refund. Thanks Jeff Lau

The setting and landscaping are magnificent. The place is very comfortable. We loved the pool facility. The only negative was the exorbitant price of parking.

Breakfast was ok they no longer have the buffet and they charged me and it was supposed to be included. The location is beautiful. Nice for walking.
The service I received at the front desk upon checkout was terrible, she said they could not help me because i booked with a 3rd party. ( booking.com)

The view was great
I get when issues like technical difficulties with paid parking entrance and exit and gate issues but when they make me feel like it’s my fault…that’s where I draw the line…also 40 dollars a day for parking car is ridiculous

Location and room were very good.
There was only one elevator servicing floor which was also used by employees cleaning the hotel. Hotels usually have a service elevator hence allowing guests freedom of access through the main elevator. I did not like this aspect.
The hotel was clean inside but needed some outside maintenance.
The bar menu in the evening was very limited and expensive for what was offered.

They would serve chocolate chip cookies when you arrive. And the staff were nice, there was a view of the marina boats, but not great because there were trees blocking any other view that I paid for, so I don’t know why I paid extra for a room with a view, just to have trees blocking it
The elevator was malfunctioning and taking us to the wrong floors. A lot of of us were getting stuck in the elevator. The beds were horrible. They needed to put new mattresses in there. They were very lumpy, there was a lot of dust all over the countertops, and the room was small for two beds, the patio chairs were very dirty and shabby, the curtains were very old and had holes in them, The water pressure in the bathroom toilet had problems and would not flush all the way

We had a room with a wonderful view of the Bay which I loved. The location was perfect as we also had dinner at their restaurant one night with the same Bay view. Food was superb - good value for money and very helpful wait staff. Our waiter's name was Vikas I think (an Indian name beginning with Vik!) He was very friendly, helpful and solicitous to just the right extent for our long meal. Other staff also very helpful. We were in Berkeley for a wedding and stayed 2 nights with 2 other couples at the hotel.
There is a $35 overnight parking fee. Location, I guess.

Lovely location, nice and quiet. Room well equipped, clean and comfortable. Restaurant also lovely and all staff very helpful and friendly.
We booked an accessible room, which was located quite far from reception, just something to be aware of. My mum doesn’t use a wheelchair, but struggles to walk far, and it was a long walk for her to get to the restaurant

i love the view of our room it was pretty spacious more than enough room to throw down our stuff and not trip over them. we had the view of the ocean and i loved it! great place to stay. Also, the staff there is AWESOME! The Valet parking ppl are the best! specially the guy with the metal hands he is AWESOME!
we had to walk far to get the Ice. that's it. other than that, everything else is great.

By far the location was perfect. It allowed us to walk each day. Also, the pool was a bonus as I wake early & could swim. The dinner & breakfast were good-tasty.
Our room was above the outside area where the grounds people were each morning, talking etc, which made it noisy for our room.

The reception staff, all of them, were pretty standoffish and unhelpful. Not welcoming at all.
The room was dark and cold - the heater (and I suppose aircon) was ridiculously loud.
The price of parking is outrageous. $35 per day. You cannot park anywhere else close overnight so they are free to gouge your wallet for parking.
$5 for the tiniest bottle of water in the room was shocking.
I arrived early at 2pm fresh off the plane. Check-in was not until 4pm so I did a pre check-in and sat around. At 4pm I was told my room was not ready. Charming.

The location was great! The cookies at check in were nice.
The “duvet cover is just a couple of flat sheets. The “fitted sheet” is just a tucked flat sheet. We weee stuck all the way in the back of one of the buildings, with a balcony view of barbed wire and the top of the pool building. Also, there was no microwave in the room. The television guide was wayyy off too.

Die Lage am Hafen war sehr schön. Wir sind ein Stück in Hafen nach vorne gelaufen und konnten einen Blick auf San Francisco werfen. Zimmer war groß und sauber. Wir haben Voucher für das Frühstück im Restaurant bekommen. Dort gab es dann leckeres Frühstück a la Carte.
Indoor Pool hat unserer Tochter auch gut gefallen.
Parkgebühren in Höhe von 35$. Könnte günstiger sein.

The directions to the hotel room weren’t enough, we couldn’t find our room and had to get help. In the bathroom, the hot and cold water directions were the opposite and took us some time to figure out without any clear indications

Beautiful views, relaxing location, nice walking paths out the front door, lovely heated pool and jaccuzzi, inexpensive and convenient breakfast/snack items in self-serve corner, inviting firepit outside, friendly/helpful staff, warm cookies at front desk, overall good value, super comfy beds, made for a nice friend staycation, will come back if ever in the region

Location of the hotel in Berkeley Marina is superb. Excellent value for money breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Option for daily or every other day service of the room. Common areas very inviting and relaxing with superb view.
Premises in good condition; some parts can look better with some renovation.
