The stay was great more positive than negatives.

The room worked great for the amount of people we were . It looked pretty clean at first glance and had plenty of space to store things . It was a singular room but the lay out was great with a small table and a fridge and microwave . After a certain hour the door to enter the lobby required you to scan in with the key card which made the stay seem safer.

The pull out couch didn’t come with any sheets or covers and only could get them upon request .

Poor

We asked the reception for our room to be cleaned, when we came back at night all the dirty beddings were still on the floor and the tub. Only one bed was made. We went to the reception, and said they will tell the manager. We were just given plastic to wrap the dirty linen ourselves and extra bedding to make our own bed. We have stayed in this hotel twice, decent but they should keep their housekeeping in check. Will try another hotel next time

Great stay, clean and quiet.

It was clean and quiet

The lobby is used for meetings and such and we were visiting with friends and was asked to move so an airline could have a meeting with their new flight attendants. It was more of a get together than a meeting but it was strange.

Comfortable stay.

Very comfortable. I don't enjoy the vegas strip hotels too many people and floors. This was perfect, 3 stories not too high and not too many people. Great staff and nice breakfast in the morning for the kids. I will spend all if my vacations here if there is availability.

Vegas traffic 🤣 that has nothing to do with the hotel..

Excellent Place to Stay

The property was clean, staff were helpful and pleasant. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable so we had an enjoyable nights sleep. As single women traveling alone or families there is an extra layer of security, the front doors lock after sunset. if you have to leave the hotel after dark, your room key will allow you access to the hotel. There is a Marketplace to buy food, drinks and essentials plus the concierge has a supply of simple travel items, just in case you forgot your toothbrush. Breakfast is American traditional, hot, delicious and abundant.

Good hotel when you dont want to be in the centre.

The hotel is a bit further away of the strip but still easy accessable with Uber. The breakfast is good and has something for everybody. The rooms are a bit dated but big and practical.

located outside of downtown Las Vegas and the strip

Hotel did not have its own parking lot. We had to park inn the lot in front of Sparkys (spelling??) Pub. Not a great idea

I would stay a day longer next time!

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Mid week….no kids running down the hallways. No slamming doors.

I thought the attention to detail usually present with Holiday Inn Express was a bit lacking. The grout on the floors and around the bathroom walls felt dirty to me. The AC area was not trimmed well. The furnishings just weren’t up to your standard. These are just my opinions and they will not keep me from using them again. I just think it missed the standard a bit! Thanks for asking.
