2e séjour à cet hôtel. Un bon rapport qualité-prix pour visiter New York si vous avez une voiture. Les déjeuners sont bons et nous aimons beaucoup la possibilité de pouvoir se faire un chocolat, chaud, un thé ou un café tout au long de la journée lors de notre retour après une longue journée de visite. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Membre du personnel bien sympathique. Pas un hotel luxueux mais fonctionnel et agréable.
L'accès au stationnement de l'hôtel est difficile et un stress pour le conducteur à chaque arrivée. Lors de ce séjour une dame (cliente ou membre du personnel nous ne le savons pas) passait sa journée et soirée dans le hall à écouter la télévision à un volume très élevé...peu importe les autres voyageurs. Nous pensons que c'était un épisode isolé mais si ce ne l'est pas....peut-être aviser.

It was very hard to get in and out and the staff was rude and unhelpful about things.

The breakfast was all right, not any different from other similar places. The staff was polite and helpful.
The location was terrible. The approach to the hotel was quite dangerous. There is only one access point and that is exactly at the point where the exit ramp of one highway on your right merges with another highway on your left. Obviously, there are no traffic lights and you can imagine the speed of the traffic from both sides. Amidst this, you have to juggle your way into the hotel. I believe I had been lucky and twice escaped a collision. However, some other travellers were not and in our presence there had been a collision; fortunately there were no injuries but still it was not something one would look for while accessing a hotel during one's travels.
The gym was not only too small but none of the machines were working. The pool water was not clean.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was very cozy. Everything was very clean. Pool was nice but didn't get to enjoy it.
Left my new crocs slides in the room by mistake, called them about 4-5 times. Spoke with someone different every time and got no call back. Every one told me a housekeeping manager would call me back and they didn't. Crocs are not a big deal but they were a gift to me. I don't understand why they wouldn't return them. Very disapointed.

Wasn’t the cleanest. Requested two beds received one.
Moved rooms next day, sink water was very low, shower head was broke, no remote, phone didn’t work.

Breakfast was ok. We were allowed to check out a little later. So we got back the time we waited for check in. We were very grateful, we had an early morning function to attend . Was able to come and get our luggages.

1. Portal when registering. Could not hear the registeration clerk. Had to bend over and discuss between counter and glass.
2. No "Do Not Disturb" sign available in the room. Housekeeping knocked at 8:17 AM and disturbed our sleep.
3. No facecloths available in the bathroom.
4. Bath towels were not accessable from the shower. Had to get out of shower to reach.
Overall seems like not as well done as our previous stays here.

There was no water for shower in room 310 where my mother stayed.
No shower for her in the morning.
The vanity sink water was very poor to wash in the ròom 312 where I stayed.
Over all, It was a disappointing stay..

The staff was nice but seriously understaffed. Breakfast food was good.
Location was near impossible to get into. You literally have to cut across 2 off ramps to get into the parking lot. A serious accident waiting to happen.
Also coffee/tea in lobby in evening didn't have any cups or hot water.

The bed was comfortable and the hotel is clean.
I was rushing and forgot my cell phone on the bed. When I called back so they can retrieve my phone and hold it. I was told there was no phone. Unbelievable the only place I went, was to my car 🤷🏾♂️

Location right off the highway to go in we had to make a u turn almost.

Dirty sheets had blood on them, pool was filthy the filter was not working, also very dangerous entry and exit to hotel traffic coming at us, and almost 15 minutes to get into entrance safely

Accessing the hotel was really dangerous. The breakfast was terrible only a few items and the same every day.

I came for my sister's funeral and the staff was awesome. I needed to stay one more night and they accommodated me with a good price and I became a rewards member. Thank you for such great hospitality

The front desk staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious. The rooms were clean.
I would have rated the hotel a 9 but there was a lot of construction. The parking lot didn't have many spaces. We had to park in the mud. Also, the turn into the entrance off the highway is really dangerous.

The breakfast was good and the rooms were cozy. The day staff was really nice. There is plenty of parking. Kid friendly, which was very important for my family.
The location is horrible. The night staff was not so friendly. The back part of the parking lot floods when it rains and can damage cars so please be aware.
