Based on last stay, I will not book another room there...EVER!

The location was great, but not facility. Only one elevator was working and it was slow. I have a special needs dad, and our room (although stayed as such) was not. I was not even able to bathe him. I would still like to speak to GM.

50th Anniversary mischarge

Location and convenience to Freeway.

I was overcharged. I booked on booking.com and was confirmed at $162. I had confirmation of the booking but at check in I was charged $195. I reviewed my email and brought it to the manager on duty attention and he said I booked via Hilton however I was certain I booked the lower price. I didn't have confirmation of booking online w/Hilton direct. Not a happy Hilton Honors experience as I was here celebrating a special occasion.

Hotels are offering less and less I guess it’s a signif the times.

It was clean well lit. Night staff was very helpful and friendly.

Web site says free continental breakfast but they charged for the breakfast and the price of the room was inflated.

Booking.com Let Me Down Big Time!

Staff went out of their way to make Booking.com's mistake better. They did everything in their power to correct Booking.com's issues with my reservation.

•I booked 3 rooms on booking.com... only 2 rooms were in Hilton's system at the time of my check-in. •The rates that I had on my booking.com confirmation page were different in the Hilton Hotel system. •The rooms I had selected on booking.com were not all available at the hotel. •I booked 3 identical rooms for my stay. All 3 rooms ended up with different prices and were not all the same due to my reservation not being sent over in the system correctly. •I spent more money and couldn't even get my Hilton Honors bonus points for all the hassle I went through.

Very poorly ran hotel will poorly trained staff

I paid for a breakfast which I was told by staff on two occasions were not part of my booking. On check-out, I provided the booking evidence to which the member of staff informed me he made a mistake- on the two occasions. I was offered Hilton Honour points which I have still not received nor any type of refund for meals I paid for but didn’t have. In addition, my 13 year old daughter twice attempted to check in and on the first occasion there was an adult male asleep on the bed. Over an hour later, a different room was provided where an adult male was having a shower. This distressed my daughter.

Andrew, was a great- nice to be greeted.

Breakfast did not come with the room, and frankly I don't eat enough for breakfast to pay $11.85

Asked 2 different times for room cleaning, never happened either time, the first time I asked.

It was ok, but I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

The lobby was really nice, the room itself was clean and ok, the staff was nice and helpful.

Don’t believe the pictures of the bathroom online! It didn’t look like it at all. There was a stain that looked like poop by the toilet, the shower/bath was trash! The water didn’t drain out quick enough so I was stepping in my own dirt! The water pressure was terrible, the lighting was bad and there was no fan in the bathroom to help with the steam! Overall, very disappointing. It is way too overpriced for the quality that I received.

Could of had a few more handicap parking. Had some in the back but then could not get in the doors with a key card where they are located.

Overall it was ok, Because the staff tried their best me and they did, that’s why I keep returning .

Quietness, cleanness and friendly staff..

This was my 2nd time staying and there was issues the first time I stayed. The first time the system over booked rooms. The staff made it right by offering me discounts and free breakfast. So I said I will return and I did. This time there was no hot water Not enough wash clothes again I was giving a discount on my room.
