Beautiful property, comfortable room.

Spur of the moment, one night stay. Room was $200 plus taxes and fees. Charged us another $15 on arrival to park in their own lot (who doesn’t have a car when traveling???). No bottled water was provided. Front desk staff was rude and snotty. No breakfast unless you wanted to pay $18.95/person…. for eggs and toast. No USB ports to charge your phone, this is 2023!!! However, I could plug my landline phone or dial up internet into the lamps! Just wasn’t worth the money. A beautiful place like this should pamper their guests, especially when the guest has to buy everything individually - which should NEVER happen when the nightly rate is so high.

The morning staff

That my room was not ready until 4pm, there was food under my bed and the toilet was stopped up anx it took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to xome to the room.

Hotel is very nice. Good location if you enjoy comfortable and familiar eateries and shopping (read chain). Comfortable beds, extremely clean facilities Staff is amazing

Nothing free without using rewards points. You can get a bottle of water, but there's nothing complimentary like what's becoming standard at most hotels. Especially for the price. The bathrooms are a bit snug. Chain restaurants abound. (Can be good or bad) And the bar/restaurant is just ok.
