Staff was wonderful, the place was immaculate, great location (near tons of restaurants and shopping). The breakfast was good but staff at breakfast even better. They were so sweet to my grandson.

I didn’t like the manager but edgar he was great It was another one and he came with the facilities person jack. I was recently going through a housing issue (my pipes busted) so I have been staying at this hotel for about 3 weeks. During the this stay Jack threatened to call cops on bunch of kids for swimming and enjoying themselves. Ended up having to get another room for the night. And Jack and the manager came and just wouldn’t let up when were using pool. They complained about everything and just didn’t make us feel comfortable. I have spent way too much money over the past weeks to feel like we couldn’t get the same treatment as everyone else. Also upon my arrival I had to request room be cleaned again because it wasn’t clean and sheets had stains

Room 233. Window shade didn’t pull down , lights from front entry way and for American flag shown in room . Also a bathroom fan would have been great to help with shower steam fogging the mirror .

While the bathroom was huge…the shower was a little beat up and the sliding barn door did not give much in terms of privacy.

The small amount of scrambled eggs and sausages were good: nothing special but good nonetheless.

Shower needs liner in addition to shower curtain.

Pool was being vacuumed when we wanted to use it. The door was locked. Was told you wouldn’t run my card ‘till I got there. That was a lie. Selected non refundable and they ran my card early anyway. Annoying texts when we weren’t even settled yet. Leave me alone, you got my money, respect my privacy! Called my son my wife? Clearly uninformed texter making it worse for his employer. Piss me off why don’t you? Breakfast was not as yummy as advertised. Had better at a Fairfield Inn.

Immaculately clean rooms and bathrooms!!! Availability of quality amenities: Pool, gym, business center, free parking/wifi. Liked that breakfast was included & warm cookies in the afternoon. Water bottles hilton honors members at check in were a nice touch. Staff: Kudos to Craig for an efficient check in and follow up with a text to ask if we needed anything to make our stay perfect.. Kudos to Diana for her kind care during breakfast!

While loved that breakfast was included with a good variety of options especially hot items, for the price point would have liked a bit better quality food available. Also didn’t like we could hear folks in the next room and late at night could hear someone knocking on a door down the hall repeatedly.

It was clean and had parking. The staff were pleasant. It had a small breakfast buffet.

There was trash in the elevator. A few pieces of paper. The rooms were clean though.

We made a double booking due to a glitch in Booking.com. We booked the rooms on the way to the hotel, but upon arrival (and in the weeks after) the hotel refused to cancel the extra booking despite the obvious error. This is not only highly unethical but also extremely poor service.

Beds uncomfortable. Very noisy, causing disturbed sleep. Swimming pool is very small. Safe wasn't working.

all staff were friendly and helpful. they provided info on restaurants, directions ect. Great location. Breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast staff was very helpful. Very clean and easy access to parking lot.

It was ok, one staff member who called me was very rude with how she spoke to me. Nathaniel was very very nice and accommodating.

The room didn't have drawers for clothes. There was little room to lay our suitcases flat so that we could access them.

The pool.

I had to cancel this reservation on a Thursday morning and this property charged me for Friday. I couldn’t believe it. They don’t care that I’ve stayed there before nor do they care that they lost a customer. Front desk staff is rude. Hotel service people are nice!

Booked a Double Queen Bed Room but when we arrived at the hotel was told it was not available. Had to sleep on a pullout couch?€#^*¥.
