A proximidade do metrô ajudou muito no deslocamento pela cidade.

Cordialidade e simpatia da funcionária Miriam que cuida do café da manhã.

Optamos pela limpeza do quarto dia sim dia não. Mesmo assim tivemos problemas de falta dos itens a serem repostos. Em todas as limpezas sempre faltou no mínimo um item. Tínhamos que pedir na recepção mas sempre a fala era de que não tinham acesso aos itens.

I was very happy with the amazing location and the price.

The location is great. The hotel overall is good. The personnel are friendly. The room is tiny but in good condition. The price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

The breakfast is mediocre. But maybe it's not their fault. Breakfast at American hotels is generally not good (compared to European hotels). The one elevator is antiquated (slow).

Es un hotel bien ubicado, con habitaciones pequeñas y baños incómodos.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, a diez minutos caminando del MET y Metropolitan Opera House, a cinco minutos del Museo de Historia Natural, con buena conexión al metro. Su personal es muy atento y gentil. Desayuno normal.

Sin embargo, está deteriorado, las habitaciones son pequeñas y el baño llega a ser incómodo de lo pequeño que es.

Bien, conveniente, vale la pena.

El personal y la ubicación son excelente. Tienes cerca el MoMA el MET, el Museo del Barrio, el de historia Natural, la Quinta Avenida, el Plaza, muchas tiendas, La Opera Met, Centros comerciales, riendas, restaurantes de calidad. La seguridad del barrio, puedes encontrar comida las 24 horas, lavanderías, cafés, etc. Hay vigilancia todo el tiempo. Te sientes muy seguro.

No tuvimos llave del cuarto durante 3 días, esperábamos que alguien subiera a abrir, a veces nos urgía entrar a la habitación y nadie venía a abrirnos o alguien subía ebria y se quedaba la puerta abierta varios minutos en lo que subíamos, fue muy incómodo. También el espacio de desayuno es muy reducido y se juntan los pisos.

Estadia tranquila e bem localizada, com certeza voltaria

Ótima localização, perto de restaurantes, metrô, Central Park e do Museu de História Natural, tudo feito a pé. Atendimento da equipe excelente e amigável, com certeza foi um diferencial. O café da manhã é muito bom, mas com poucas opções. O espaço do quarto é bom se comparado com outras opções no mesmo preço.

O prédio é um pouco antigo e tem alguns detalhes que precisam de manutenção. Tem apenas um elevador e em alguns momentos pode congestionar um pouco. Fiquei alguns dias sem o cartão para abrir a porta do quarto, mas o inconveniente foi minimizado pelo excelente atendimento dos funcionários.

Good quality and price as always!

Overall it was very good!

The elevator is very small and, as it is only one, it becomes quite complicated when employees are using the carts. I needed to check out at 4am and thought the parking lot would be open. It wasn't there and they didn't allow us to stay at the hotel reception until it was time to pick up my car and the checkout was already done, I couldn't go back to the apartment.

Lovely breakfast which covered all the negatives.

Breakfast was the best thing there! Fresh towels everyday.

The air-conditioning was not working and we didn't really have a remote control. We didn't even bother to use it, because the temperature was ok-ish

Hôtel bien situé - bien pour des jeunes - laisse à désirer

L’hôtel est très bien situé. A deux pas de Central parc et de la ligne de métro située sur la 72e. Le petit déjeuner compris est un plus mais rien d’extraordinaire. Le personnel était très agréable.

Arrivée du premier jour à 23h, le réceptionniste nous donne les clefs de notre chambre. La seule chose que nous avions envie, c’était, d’enfin dormir. Nous rentrons dans notre chambre et celle-ci n’était pas du tout faite/propre. Les draps du lit appartenaient toujours aux anciens logeurs, idem pour les essuies de bain, les poubelles n’étaient pas vidées. Nous avons dû nous même changer l’entièreté des draps du lit car aucune chambre n’était disponible. Même si le réceptionniste a été du gentillesse en nous offrant à boire, ceci est inacceptable pour un hôtel. L’ascenseur a été en panne à deux reprises. La chambre étant située au 12 étage et après des journées de marche, c’était horrible. L’hôtel n’est pas de très grande qualité et l’entretien en général laisse à désirer.

Prepared to be charged heavily only for location: crappy service and rusty rooms.

Location only. To be honest, there wasn't much to say that I liked. Maybe that they made the bed each day? Bedroom was clean when we arrived. Pet friendly is good. They had Jeopardy in the lobby XD. n

First of all, the elevator is old and slow and too small. The lights wont properly work when you click on the button. Then the breakfast was terrible, served in plastic plates and with plastic forks. Very poor and on Jan 1st, there was only cereal and eggs. Not even fruits or yogurt or bread. Then, the rooms are too small, but the bathroom was particularly small. When I sat on the toilet, I had to tilt or I would bump into the sink. The remote control wouldn't work. One day they came to clean and they took the towels but didn't bring new ones so we had to call. And the feast, the flush handle broke of the toilet because the piece was rusty. It took them two days to notice.

Desagradable encontrar una situación así .

Solo la ubicacion, por favor personal de booking vallan a la habitación. 1002 es un fraude lo q están vendiendo

Las fotos q enseña no es lo q venden los cuartos son viejos y sucios una cama full el colchón estaba unidos en el medio, el pasillo olía feo. No tenía calefacción y las ventanas no cerraban bien.

Die Lage am Central Park ist sensationell

Zimmereinrichtung schäbig, zerkratzt, komplett abgewohnt. Wir mussten aus dem Koffer leben, da es keinen Schrank gab. Es gab keinen Stuhl, kein Tischchen oder Konsole. Kaffeekocher musste auf der Erde betrieben werden. Im Bad keine Ablage, nur 1 Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern. Dieser war auch noch 1/2 herausgerissen. Frühstück war akzeptabel, aber alles nur mit Wegwerfgeschirr aus Plastik

Do not stay at this property.

Location was great.

My hotel bed was dirty. Sheets had hair on it and the pillow had make up. I told the front desk so they sent someone to change the sheets but I don't think they did because my bed still had hairs on it. And they just removed the pillow from the room. Furniture was dingy and dirty. The bathroom was tiny and outdated. The room was dusty and you can tell they don't vacuum. Room is outdated, lampshade was broken.

Overall met our needs. I would have gone in and out more if the door key lock system was working.

Location was great and convenient.

The key card door lock was not operational. This significantly impacted our going and coming to our room.

please consider the bad reviews. i thought i would be ok with low expectations but after they’ve ignored my complaint of

there was roaches all over the alarm clock, the lamp, the tv, the dresser, the carpet. and they’ve completely ignored this. i spoke with the concierge and they said they wrote it down but they’ve completed stopped answering. it was literally just me and my best friend trying to make the best out of it but honestly, you’re better off paying for something better :/

Excellent location at the corner of central park. Very nice breakfast. A good value for NYC !

Nice american breakfast (bagels, eggs,...) and amazing location near to the museum at the corner of central park. The room was quite.

The room and beds were smaller than expected, especially from the pictures.

It was a nice visit and the breakfast staff (a women with glasses) was great! Overall, it was good.

The location was amazing. If you walked west you would find a neighborhood full of restaurants. If you went right you would be at Central Park in no time and close to Strawberry Fields. Amazing overall! It was also nice and quite compared to the hustle and bustle of other areas in Manhattan.

The room was tiny, tiny. And the bathroom is even smaller. The sink is basically on top of you when you are sitting on the toilet. And the shower is very small. Because it is an old building in New York, there is no vent in the bathroom, just an open window, and there is a window unit for air and heat that cannot be shut off. The elevator was also small so it would take a long time to go down or up if you had to wait for others. The carpets were a little outdated and a bit on the yucky side as well. But generally, it was clean and well maintained or as well maintained as it could be in New York.

The location is great.

The sheets in my room smelt like mildew. I got to the hotel late and had to ask to switch rooms at 4am because when I got in to bed the sheets smelt awful.

Location. Brand name. Cleanliness. Staff

Room card reader broken, had to get staff to open room. Only 1 elevator for both staff and guests--- I know not their fault, it's NYC. Spotty phone service in room, no problem with last stay.
