Not a value for your money!!

Don’t waste your money $$$$$ The place doesn’t look anything like the pictures!!!We were so disappointed when we arrived. We actually ended up leaving after walking around and seeing the condition/location of this place. The facilities are very run down, the lounge chairs outside are old and have stains. I cant believe they charge so much for such a poor place, especially being a Hilton.

We had a wonderful stay and would come again!

The hotel room was very clean! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The view from the restaurant/bar area was breathtaking. It was a short walk to shopping areas and restaurants.

The view from the room was ok, but wish it was better. It was a far walk from the elevator to the room. The room was expensive.

Luxury prices for a 3 star experience.

The restaurant and private beach

The showers were small and didn’t get warm quickly, also the handle fell off when I tried to turn it on. The elevator and other parts of the property were dirty and not kept well.

Hotel bien situé avec une jolie plage privée mais avec peu de charme.

L'hotel est très bien situé dans la meilleure partie de Key West et dispose d'une belle plage privée. Les chambres sont grandes et agréables. Le restaurant est plutôt bon.

Nous avions pris une vue mer, mais le balcon reste assez inutilisable en raison du bruit. Le premier soir, il y avait un mariage organisé dans la cour intérieur de l'hotel ce qui nous a obligé à tout fermer mais même le jour suivant, les bruits liés aux climatisations empêchent de profiter de la terrasse. L'hotel est assez grand finalement et l'accès aux chambres un peu fastidieux avec certains ascenseurs hors service.

Bon séjour mais l’hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles .

L’emplacement est top et la chambre est belle.

Les parties communes sont moches et fatiguées. Le personnel n’est pas qualifié et en nombre insuffisant . Le parking n’a pas été chiffré dans la réservation et facturé 40€ par nuit.

The day shift needs to train the night shift on customer service

The location was beautiful and very convenient to get around!

Roaches and Hidden Fees

Room was infested with roaches and dirty. Hidden fees. Did not comp me as the manager said he would.

Not worth the money spent.

The room is very disappointing for the price. Very Small, a terrible view for the $450+ per day. The mandatory valet parking of $40/day when all other properties around parking were free, plus the amount you have to walk to get into your room when you have parking spots right below your balcony, definitely made me unhappy, as it was never clear on the website this extra charge. The beach is convenient, if you don't wanna drive, but nothing different from the public beaches in terms of water and sand quality, all with lots of seaweed that makes look bad. As a private beach, they could clean up at least the sand. Don't see myself coming back. Not worth the money spent.

Nice hotel in a wonderful location

The accommodation was perfect, close to Duval Street. The hotel is very charming, has private access to the beach and a good size pool. The hotel staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are big and spacious. I liked that while staying at the pool, a staff member passes by and hands out cold water or a cold snack. Really cute.

Unfortunately more than once we had to ask for the room to be cleaned. Elevators didn't work. We were promised a $200 refund for not tidying the room. We didn't get them. The menu in the restaurant was very limited. The hotel bar closes very early. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy and above the bed which frees you up. Parking costs a lot when it's part of the hotel and on the face of it seems unnecessary to demand. It is better if they include the parking in the room rate and give the feeling that the parking is free.

Location and staff are great, restaurant food was wonderful

The cleaning of the room wasn’t done properly. The cleaner used a smelly mop to clean the floor and it left a very bad smell in the room. They also neglected to clean the room on one of the days

Would go back to Key West for sure, will probably stay somewhere else. For the money, not sure it was worth it.

Excellent-the grounds, the service, the staff (everyone was sooo friendly and helpful!) the location, the room, the food. Good-the beach.

Could use improvement-the pool is very old, the elevator was broken, our bathroom sink had a very loud leak, housekeeping stopped by once during our 4 night stay. The “daily hotel charge” ($55 per day) covers all the things that should be included in the price of your stay.

The room was very nice. The concierge and restaurant staff were fantastic. The beach was beautiful and quiet.

Housekeeping. We didn't want our room cleaned every day but we did need clean towels and washcloths every day. We kept asking but only received them one day. Also, after the Housekeeper cleaned the only time we needed her, our bathroom floor was dirty and sandy.
