Idealer Hotel, um die Stadt kennenzulernen

Die Lage ist perfekt.

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten und man hat Einmalgeschirr genutzt. Der Pool wurde gerade repariert und war nicht nutzbar, das war ein bisschen schade.

Satisfaisant pour une étape d'une nuit

La chambre était spacieuse, les lits confortables. Petit-déjeuner correct avec possibilité de se faire des pancakes. L'emplacement idéal pour découvrir la ville. Un parking juste à côté de l'hôtel pour se garer.

La chambre était sombre (sols et mobilier marrons, tristoune). Éclairage pas terrible. Salle de bain minuscule. 36 dollars la nuit au parking (prenez vous-même un ticket, l'hôtel m'a proposé un ticket à 39 dollars ! donc encore plus cher). Accueil à l'arrivéee moyen. La personne du check Out était plus sympathique le lendemain. Piscine en travaux. C'était l'une des raisons de mon choix, pas de bol !

Unfreundlich, abweisendes Personal

Zentrale Lage

Unfreundliches Personal beim Check Inn. Kam mir beim Einchecken vor, als ob ich störe. Keinerlei Erklärung zu Parken, Frühstück (Uhrzeit/Räumlichkeiten). Toilettenspülung defekt. Wurde nach Reklamation (Freundlichkeit wie beim Check Inn) innerhalb von 4 Stunden repariert. Aber wie wurde die Toilette eigentlich sauber gemacht, wenn die Spülung nicht funktioniert ? 24 Std. Kaffeeautomat natürlich abends kalt.

Great Hotel

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were wonderful. Everyone was incredibly friendly, especially Kathy on your breakfast staff.

The only problem I had was my fear of heights in the room. I was not used to waking up and being 11 stories up.

My stay was fine for the amount of time we were there.

Breakfast was included. Beds were soft. Shower was hot. It was In walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The man who was bringing out breakfast was great and attentive.

It was old and outdated. They need more elevators. The front desk staff, minus the manager onsite, was subpar and lacked some customer service skills.

Bon souvenir en famille même si le tarif était élevé.

L’emplacement dans le centre ville , la propreté, la qualité des chambres, le professionnalisme du personnel, le petit déjeuner, le parking de l’hôtel même s’il n’est pas bon marché.

L’ascenseur du parking en travaux ce qui a compliqué notre séjour avec mon fils handicapé.

J’ai eu froid toute la nuit… il devait faire à peine 18 degrés dans la chambre et même moins… j’ai eu froid sous les couvertures toute la nuit au pont que ça me réveille a plusieurs reprises… Sans pouvoir régler le chauffage de la chambre…

Merveilleux Hôtel Philadelphia !!!

Grande chambre spacieuse et personnel agréable. Le petit déjeuner est tous simplement merveilleux et prêt pour une bonne journée !!!

The staff were always helpful and full of friendly smiles. They really made the stay more enjoyable.

The location was great for being able to walk to all sites and restaurants. The pool was a great stop to refresh in the middle of the hot days. Breakfast was really good. Gym well enough equipped for a workout on the road and always empty.

The bathroom door did not close without having to push really hard and it would make a lot of noise (waking up others in the room). Only 2 out of 3 elevators working during our entire stay increasing wait times.

Wish I could have stayed there the second weekend.

It was easy to get to the Hospital At University of Pennsylvania. My son was there.

That I could not make a reservation for the next weekend.

It was okay , probably wouldn’t stay again though

The room was pretty spacious except bathroom , staff was nice . Location was close walking distance to most things but the street the hotel is on seemed a little sketchy at times

The elevator situation was a little ridiculous. Waiting 10 + minutes anytime you had to go up or down. Parking was expensive esp given what was already paid for the room . No attendants helping basically left to park wherever we could find a spot . People were then parked in front of us so had no access to our cars without having to wait a long time for the car attendants to move the other vehicles . Breakfast was kinda crappy .

The breakfast was very good

We paid for a dual queen bed. On first night we only had one bed and had to sleep on roll away bed/ and floor. Also we paid for parking was told it would be cheaper to pay a certain price and was charged 3 times that amount. I’ve always booked this brand hotel. Very dissatisfied

The stay was great and we plan to stay at this hotel again!

The breakfast was very good! The hotel is surrounded by a lot of neat places in Center City. The staff were very helpful, outgoing and friendly! Customer service was superb!
