Bang for your buck… if you don’t need a room until the evening.

Location was close to the highway to work meetings. Very close to perimeter mall and many restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

It wasn’t the property I had concerns with. This was a very budget friendly hotel and the rooms and spaces were more than worth the money. I had an early flight, and got to the hotel about 10am. I understand checkin is at 4pm.. and was not expecting a room right upon arrival. I got there and was rudely told there were not rooms available (which was shocking because the parking lot was about 25% full.) I waited about an hour, asked again.. was told nothing was available. I asked if I could get a call or text when a room was available (& said I would take any room type.) I was told I would have to call the hotel, “and just keep calling” to find out when one would be ready. I left the hotel for a few hours, and called at 1:45pm.. and was STILL told there was not a single room ready. Check out is at 11am so I was baffled. All communication had been with the same woman, so I went to the hotel about 2:45 and was greeted by a very kind gentleman who quickly issued me a key (& waters and a cookie.) This woman should have some training on customer service and it should be looked into (if it was true) why there was not be a single room ready for checkin at 2pm.

I enjoy this hotel it’s always clean. And allows my service dog. It’s a great location not far from the essentials. And

I like that the presentation and the room was clean

The staff was amazing however the building itself needs to be rebuilt. As soon as we stepped in the elevator it hesitate

The leaking AC unit, the broken shower handle, the dirty carpet, the creaky elevators, the roaches on the wall, I could go on all day.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung.

Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Großer Parkplatz.

Das Personal war sehr unterschiedlich: Eine Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, eine andere, die leider öfter da war, unfreundlich, unkooperativ und nicht hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksangebot war für den Preis sehr dürftig.

We had a nice time on our trip. We got to see the locations we wanted. I slept well.

I felt safe, the room was fine, the staff was nice. Location was alright. We were able to get to the downtown locations pretty quickly. There was plenty of close parking. For the price, it was great. Price was a big factor for me.

Housekeeping could have done a better job. The sliding door into the bathroom should have been cleaned. We had to ask for more toilet paper.

Say no to Rm. 420

The bartender was very accommodating.

I had an horrible experience with this hotel. water was leaking profusely from the ceiling and the staff did nothing to remedy the situation. The kept saying it was the air conditioner. There is a difference between condensation and 2 gallons of heather. Room 420 should not even be an option.

Disappointing but no fault of staff. Just unaware of pool closure.

The front desk staff were amazing. They were kind and personable. One gentleman at the front made conversation and was very kind, I didn’t think to get his name but he worked both the evening of 4/26 and 4/27.

When we booked our reservation, we were unaware that the pool was closed and only open seasonally. The pool was one of the selling points for us so we were very disappointed upon checking in to learn it was not open. Staff was amazing and room was clean.

Exactly as pictured, super friendly staff

There were 3 of us in one room and we asked for 4 additional pillows and were told we could only have 2. We asked for housekeeping service on day three while we were out all day and no one came.

Decent hotel for the price.

Comfy beds, large empty floor space for our toddler to roam and play. Good shower products.

Had to call for help with AC. Floor was a little dirty. Found a gummy bear that wasn't ours. Pocket door in bathroom was in poor shape.

Quiet , friendly staff, great energy, and clean.

The breakfast was amazing. They had grits, eggs,bacon, pastries, cereal and so much more. The amazing guy with dreads at the front desk. Was very friendly and inviting I loved his aura. This is a peaceful hotel and I had no issues. The place was clean as well. 🫶🏽

I wish I could’ve stayed longer how well it was. No problems great staff.

I love how the staff was friendly.

I didn’t like that the shower was extremely cold. I did advise the front desk and nothing was done about it. I didn’t like that when we first checked in we weren’t offered cookies and a bottled water like other guest were.

Very comfortable and attractive.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to walk around, get dressed., relax. Restaurant was delicious with large portions. Shower was very nice, clean and roomy. Had anything you might need, hair dryer, iron, fridge and safe.

Barn like door was difficult to maneuver and finally came off it's hinges. We slept in and did not go to breakfast but we heard it was excellent. Next time we will attend.

Cleanliness

False Advertising on Booking sites stated that it had a balcony but no balcony. Didn’t leave sheets and blankets for pull out bed and refuse to bring it to room upon request and not enough towels for the size room I had.

The first front desk guy was nice and friendly.

Keys kept going out during our stay over 4 times in a row I had to make the trip from the room to the desk to finally be told the door lock had died we had to wait almost an hour in the hallway to be told they couldn't fix it and we could stay in the room anyway or be moved. How would we stay in the room when you can't open the door. They eventually moved us to a room with broken fixtures and brown water coming out of the faucets then had an attitude when asked if they could compensate us for the inconvenience. I was told I'd be contacted by management and that my issues would be addressed before checkout. The manager in question never showed up and they acted like they had never heard from us.

Horrible.

I did not like that first thing I was greeted by was a bed bug after a long night and expecting to get a nice clean goodnight sleep. Not only was it one bug there were TWO of which I have video/picture record of and all we were offered at that time was to move to another room and spray Lysol. I’m not sure if I’m bringing bed bugs home with me this was very inconvenient. The breakfast was not pleasing at all, grits were burned tasting and eggs tasted like water eggs.

Overall great location, very comfortable and love the aesthetics of the hotel, modern decor!

Cleanliness was great! Jay at the front desk was very welcoming. I was greeted with a warm cookie and water. He was very accommodating and helpful.

The room had an old smell, and some wear and tear concerns like the trim on the base of the cabinet that the refrigerator was in. The sliding door was a little faulty.
