Location for SEA-TAC layover is good - an acceptable choice in the area.

Good location, mostly indoor walk from SEA-TAC terminal.

Dated rooms, not at current good quality level of business hotel in the industry. Front desk brusque.

Comfortable, clean and very convenient

Very convenient to the airport. We arrived on a flight from Florida, spent the night and flew out the next day for Alaska

Seattle is the King of coffee. An Espresso machine at the morning breakfast ought to be a mandatory addition.

Im incredibly claustrophobic I felt this was taken seriously as when I asked the guy on reception if I could use the stairs instead of the elevator, he told me no way …. So I had no choice and had to move to another hotel which was far more accommodating… I will never recommend this hotel… I spent 200 bucks for nothing

A bit pricey for quality of hotel. Great airport location.

Location near light rail/ airport. Good for very early flight.

If you need an airport within walking distance to SEA TAC, this is the place.

It is close to airport, you can walk to it via the sky bridge near the light rail.

It wasn’t the cleanest but I was only there for 12 hours so I wasn’t going to make it an issue.

Superb

The hotel was very nicely decorated and clean. The front desk people were super helpful and even humorous. Access to the elevators and rooms was easy. There was even a laundry room that was only $1.75 to use which was amazing. There's a restaurant on the first floor too, but I didn't have the chance to eat there.

I had a rental car that I drove to the hotel and I had to pay extra just for overnight parking. The hotel has its own parking lot that's gated so I do not understand why I had to pay extra when I was staying at the hotel.

This hotel airport provided all the necessary conveniences and was a good bargain for the money.

The hotel was very close to the airport, and they provided a 24 hour shuttle. The hotel was walkable to the tram to downtown Seattle which as a big plus for us.

Great stay

The hotel room electric sockets were weird and the desk was too small to work from with the coffee maker right there I couldn't plug in my computer at the desk because of the inverted plugs strange! No free water? I did call the front desk and they sent some which was really nice of them. I would have loved some coffee but the poor selection of creamers made the coffee taste terrible. Room was very clean, Breakfast was a big surprise it was excellent and I travel all over the world and the service was the best great servers who love their jobs and it shows in the pride in which the interact with the guests.

great location to the airport.a shuttle left every 20 minutes. the dinner was very good,what was wonderful as we were too tired to out on a rainy day

the front desk could not make change for a 100$ bill, so that I could tip our waiter for breaking

We had a lovely layover at Crowne Plaza, everything worked perfectly. Great walkable location, comfortable beds, easy check in /out. Good food, and room service!!
