Concert

The last day about 9:30 in the morning, someone knocked on the door. I was getting out of bed to go answer it and someone just walked in. I know check out wasn't until noon. So I was not happy but about that. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. Definitely over priced though

Housekeeping just walking in my room. Didn't even give me time to get to the door.

Decent for the price

Front desk clerk was great and moved us and the room was so much better. Decent rooms for price and one night stay.

Set up for breakfast was a little late. The pet designated room was dirty and had cigarette stains in sheets and pillows. Room also had smell to it.

Very inviting environment! Front desk staff was very respectful and kind. was in town for a concert and even through the high volume of guests, they found a way to make each guest feel like a priority!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

It's very clean. Location is great.

We stayed 3 nights and 2 of the 3 nights we had no TV. Couldn't get the staff to help us. Kept telling us they would be up shortly and by 10:15pm, someone finally cake up and still couldn't get it working. Was supposed to come back up and never did. Paid almost $350 and had no tv

it was a nice hotel but wish you guys had a pool instead of a gym. more families come through than gym rats. just would

The location was okay and the staff was friendly.

It was not clean, the outer appearance as well, there was a smell, you had people walking in the parking lot that looked as if they were doing something illegal. I kept asking am I safe here.

OK stop for the night

Friendly, but slow check-in process I liked that they have laminate flooring in room. There was a convenient restaurant next door.

The bathtub needed a good scrub. The room was clean but that grossed me out.
