Don't use booking.com or holiday inn Express EVER

Make it clearer that 100% is forfeited if you no-show, even if it isn't your fault. I vow to never use booking.com or holiday inn Express ever again in my life and I will be sure to spread the word.

Good hotel, very comfortable

Breakfast was great the first morning - lots of bacon, omelettes etc. OK the 2nd day but terrible the 3rd day as was really busy and very little food left!

The staff were wonderful but our room wasn't. :(

The staff was very pleasant and helpful and I really liked the backlit mirror over the vanity!

The parking lot had several people that looked like they were napping in their cars. I did not feel particularly safe. Our room was newly "refurbished". On entering the room, my first stop was to use the facilities and was promptly locked in the bathroom. My husband got help at the front desk and the very nice lady who checked us in came to my rescue! Even though the door was not locked and the handle moved, the door would not open. I was released with the assistance of a small knife. We put tape over the mechanism so the door would not shut again. The shower was very slow to drain and overflowed. The circle on the wall where the bathroom knob would touch the wall fell on to the tile and scared me with a loud noise when it hit the floor. The bed sheets were clean, but the mattress was stained badly along the seam, (yes, I checked for bedbugs) and the older tv stand had a new glass top on it...I guess you would say that it was "refurbished"? The new hair dryers' handle was too hot to hold onto.

We stayed at the end of our trip so we could be close to the airport, way over priced.

The breakfast was good. The location (close to the airport was great).

$299 for a night was way overpriced.
