These matters were attended to. Cleaning products were given to us to clean our own bath.

Room 320, Sink was stopped up. Keurig didn't work. 2nd room, 318, the bathroom was not even cleaned. Filthy toilet and sink was also stopped up.

Excellent place near Nashville TN

The desk clerk was training another. He was very pleasant, personable, informative, and welcoming as was the trainee and a manager. The price was very reasonable. We enjoyed the decor. The A/C heat unit worked quite well as did the huge TV. And the shower. Nice! I have difficulty with tubs, and it was much like an accommodation for me. The shower head enthralled my husband! We highly recommend this place. Also, it's close to a great Mexican style restaurant, Casa something which is a very short drive from the hotel. The free buffet in the morning was one of the best with many cold and hot selections.

There was no bacon at the morning buffet breakfast.

The staff was friendly. The facility was affordable enough to fit into the business budget.

When I got to the room it seemed as if it had only been half way cleaned. There were hand prints on the head board, there was an empty water bottle under the desk, there was left over food in the microwave that stunk. It took about 10 minutes to figure out what was stinking in the room.

Location was great, breakfast was very good, room was clean and staff was fantastic. There was a nice selection of multiple choices with the breakfast area. The lobby has some sofa's that you can sit on with a fire in one section or a tv in the other. This made it nice to do some computer work outside of the room. There is also other office space with desk etc on the other end. The entire staff was fantastic. We travel often to the area and would love to make this our "go to" for a regular stay but not sure with the uncomfortable beds.

The beds were horrible. They are in the top 3 of worst beds were have slept in at hotels. They were hard and uncomfortable. In most there is some topper on the harder mattress but not here in our room. That is the only thing we did not like about this location. Everything else was great.

Was a wonderful place to stay overnight on a cross-country trip.

Breakfast was probably the best we had the whole trip.

Location is further away from Nashville than I had expected, but that is my fault. Also, I thought there would be more lake views... couldn't see anything!

Time went by to fast diden,t get all we wanted to see .Hotel was within walking distence of sights .

The food was very good The room was really quiet The first hotel room I stayed in that was that quiet easy to sleep .

The room was very cold . covering to thin I slept with my socks on because my feet was very cold ..Did not like the idea of being charged $12.00 for canteen something we never used and was finally removed from our checking account.
