Not the best value for money

Decent standard of decor and furnishing

Bed covers too short - I’m 6’2” Shower head badly scaled and too low Restaurant fairly unpleasant, like a small sports bar with mediocre food Several notices about wanting to delight guests and suggesting feedback but no method suggested and nothing asked ar check out

We had 2 rooms and both looked, however, stains and old age have taken a toll. Expected more updated

Restaurant staff awesome! Restaurant food delicious! Regular hotel staff grumpy and unhelpful.

Location

Staff unfriendly. Didn’t tell me until afterwards that the breakfast snacks I purchased for $8 at the front desk could have been free since I had to depart early in the morning, prior to the free breakfast being served. Made no attempt to make this right.

Good convenient stay near airport, friendly staff

The staff were very friendly, and the airport shuttle was really nice to have. Rooms were clean and it was a very convenient stay for being near the airport

Great stay - very comforable, great staff and a good location near the airport.

The room was very comfortable. The room was very clean and tidy. Dinner was great.

The air con and the fridge were quite noisy and the air con was hard to operate.

We loved our stay except for the murky swimming pool.

The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of choices. Just missing pancakes/waffles. Otherwise, we liked it!

The pool was murky, like the motor wasn’t running or the water had been the same for weeks or they had a lot of guests use it everyday and they didn’t clean it.

Good but slightly disappointed

The location is perfect as you are right by BWI. The staff is so friendly and nice. Always smiling

Was informed that since we had pets we could only be put on 1st or 2nd floor after booking the executive floor. Nothing on site stated this. The floor was noisy with doors slamming after midnight. So we overpaid for our room and nothing could be done since we booked through Booking.com

Comfortable, friendly staff. Great location and shuttle. The breakfast was very good and the staff serving dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Dinner was very good as well.

It took a very long time to get the water hot in the shower. Once it was hot it was great. We were up early so that might be a factor regarding the hot water.
