Newlands Farm is a spacious, brick-built cottage in the village of Riddings near Alfreton. The cottage sleeps seven people in four bedrooms, two of which have en-suite facilities and include two doubles, a twin and a single room. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen, a dining room with an open fire and a sitting room. Outside there is off road parking for four cars and a patio area with seating. Newlands Farm is a superb cottage that can be enjoyed at any time of the year.
Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.
Amenities: Gas central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor and open fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lockable bike storage. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk.
