Maravilhosa

Hotel extremamente bonito e calmo. A localização é muito boa e com uma área de comércio alimentar mesmo ao lado. As piscinas são maravilhosas, tendo uma piscina só para adultos. A limpeza do quarto foi excelente.

Parrot Key Villas y hotel, un hotel sorprendente.

El hotel nos sorprendió para bien. La ubicación, las vistas, la villa con capacidad para 8 personas, muy cómodas... La villa con tres habitaciones con camas de matrimonio, una de ellas con doble cama y todas con baño propio muy amplio, limpio y con jabonería de L'occitane. El salón amplio con televisión, mueble con enchufes usb, c y americano, una mini cocina (sin hornillo, ni vitro pero con microondas) muy cómoda, útil y bastante práctica. En cuanto a las instalaciones muy limpias, muy reluciente todo, cuatro piscinas con distintas profundidades, una de ellas de sólo adultos y otra pegada al bar- restaurante. La jardinería una auténtica explosión verde alrededor de las piscinas. Sin lugar a dudas un lugar excepcional al que deseo regresar pronto. MUY RECOMENDABLE.

Nice place get rid of the cats

They allow cars to roam free you couldn't enjoy the patio because of the cats. They would not allow dogs why so many cats.

I love the location. I have my family with me. They had the shopping center really close.🤗

The only thing I didn’t like was the bar closed too early and they only had one bar.

Alles in Key West stijl. Mooie zwembaden en leuk strandje waar je de zonsondergang kunt bekijken.

Verplichte Valet parking terwijl de parkeerplaats op een 2 meter van de receptie was. Vooral als je je auto ziet staan, maar er niemand van de valet aanwezig is.

The food on site was very expensive as was the parking and I didn’t realize there was just a mini fridge for the 2 bedroom suites.

Un hôtel dans un jardin

Tout était parfait! Le site est extraordinaire. L’architecture est magnifique petite villa plutôt que gros hôtel. Parfait pour voir le soleil se coucher sur la mer.

We forgot our tooth brushes and toothpaste. The hotel gave us a kit for free. In General, the staff was friendly.

The mattresses were so worn out that I had back pain. Windows and walls were so thin that talk and music noise prevented us from sleeping. The toilet was broken on arrival, could not be flushed. Needed to use second bathroom on second level which was inconvenient , especially during the night. Had to call for the hotel bill although we left the personal email at check-in. Overnight parking was quoted on booking.com at $18.00 plus tax (a responsibility of the hotel to list current prices) but it was charged at $23.00 plus tax.

Relaxing and fun, like being in the Caribbean.

Lovely hotel and facilities. We had two children with us and they loved the pools and the jet ski trips that can be booked on site.

Location is a little bit out of the way from Duvall street, but we didn’t mind this as a family with young children, this area can be a bit rowdy after sunset.

Schöne Anlage in toller Lage, zum Relaxen perfekt, aber zu teuer:((

Tolle Lage direkt am Wasser, wir hatten Zimmer mit Strand und Liegen vor der Tür. Die Anlage ist sehr hübsch gestaltet, es gibt 3 Pools (auch einen Ruhe-Pool, TOP). Direkt am Hotel gibt es die Möglichkeit, Jetski zu fahren.

Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach, 2 Stühle im 4-Personen-Zimmer, die Doppelbetten max. 1,20m breit (auch schmale Personen haben es da zu zweit echt schwer). Valet ist verpflichtend 23$/Tag, dann noch das Resort Fee, das sind hohe Extrakosten zum gebuchten Hotelpreis!!!

Lovely mini resort close to Key West

Attractive property. I particularly liked the multiple swimming pools surrounded by beautiful tropical plants - it felt very relaxing.

It’s slightly outside the main square (a couple of miles) so you need to drive or use the shuttle.

Comfortable stay with good pools short drive from Key West Centre.

Nice pools - heated and unheated. Room was clean and spacious, good products and comfortable stay. Concierge was welcoming. Short drive into Key West (which we loved).

We were located right by reception which meant an early morning wake up due to the music that went on 7ish. Lack of beach / pool towels - needed to ask a few times.

We always have a great time here.

We love the pools and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are nice too.

The floors were dirty. and the smoke detector went off twice in the middle of the night.

Mooie plek, maar veel te duur voor wat je krijgt.

Erg mooie lokatie met mooie plekjes op het strand. Bedjes, hangmat.

Als je voor je rust gaat, moet je niet naar Parrot gaan; ze draaien van ‘s ochtends vroeg tot ‘s avonds laat muziek bij de zwembaden. Alsof iedereen van dezelfde muziek houdt. Die hoor je op je kamer ook. Gelukkig loste het hotel het op om ons een betere kamer te geven, maar de muziek wordt daar niet minder door. Je betaald naast de (dure) overnachting ook nog een verplichte resort fee en verplichte valer parking. Als je daarentegen gratis gebruik wilt maken van de shuttle, je je zelf opgegeven hebt en op tijd zit te wachten, rijdt de chauffeur zomaar weg. Het personeel blijft een beetje passief en totaal niet oplossingsgericht om zich heen kijken. En blijft naar buiten kijken.

I advise you to be careful, the hotel charges extra fees from credit cards, there are thieves...

Initially, I gave a very good rating, but it turned out that the hotel took the entire deposit that I paid, claiming that I had used the minibar in the room. I was only there for one night and we didn't even touch the bar cabinet. Unfortunately, it turned out that there were thieves in the hotel!!! I would advise you to be careful because the hotel charges extra fees for credit cards. This is an unfortunate act of theft!!!

I was extra charge for mini bar !!! I did not use it!!!

площадь номера три бассейна для детей и один для взрослых valet parking удобно добираться до любой точки key west отличный песок под пальмами для А-номеров крайне вежливый персонал

номера А - с песком и лежаками, а для номеров B ничего?!( номера типа B - это 2й и 3й этаж. У нас было 5 чемоданов - то ещё удовольствие затащить уборки нет из-за ковида, но меняют полотенца и приносят воду. Легче не становится, не знаю как там живут те, кто на неделю и дольше.. Но это не к отелю, за это оценку не снижал. The Grove - вполне годный, но из-за того, что он у бассейна посуда вся пластиковая, это плата за компромисс, понимаю, и всё-таки.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk in the afternoon and early evening was very nice. He told us we could split the cost of the room between 2 credit cards. He helped us to find a great restaurant. Also the valet personnel were great

The early morning front desk person was very grouchy. She told us we could not split the room charge between two cards, that "the system" already charged it to one card. Disappointing that she did not help us with that.

Spacious rooms, attentive staff, inviting porch, and the four pools provided more private and intimate experience…especially at the adults only garden pool.
