Tolles Resort, top Qualität, super freundlich und herzlich

Sehr schön etwas außerdem ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Shuttlebus ins Zentrum ist eine top Sache und zu empfehlen. Zu busy und schlechte Möglichkeit zu parken 🅿️, daher unbedingt den Shuttle nutzen. Ein super freundliches Personal, wir sind jederzeit herzlich willkommen gewesen. Es handelt sich um ein Resort, d.h. dass die Wohneinheiten auf mehrere zweistöckige Gebäude verteilt sind, die im Bauhausstil errichtet wurden. Sieht von außen unspektakulär aus, von innen jedoch vom Feinsten. Viel Platz in einem großen Raum, dessen Schlaf- und Wohnraum durch eine „offene“ Wand getrennt ist. Sehr gute Sitzmöglichkeiten und gutes Licht um auch mal zu lesen. Guter Hausservice, wir hatten um 22:00 Uhr ein Problem was kurze Zeit später behoben wurde, zumindest provisorisch. Tolle und sehr hilfsbereite Shuttlebusfahrer. Ein besonderer Dank an Brian, der uns gute Tipps gegeben hat und sehr zuvorkommend war 🤩. Das Personal im Restaurant super nett, sowie alle Fahrerinnen und Fahrer innerhalb des Resorts. Ein Tipp zur Anreise: Am besten sofort in der Tiefgarage unterhalb des Tennisplatzes parken und zu Fuß OHNE Gepäck zur Rezeption gehen. Die Rezeption befindet sich im Restaurantgebäude und man vermutet es nicht auf den ersten Blick. Drei Minute Fußweg dorthin. Nach dem Einchecken wird man per Elektrogefährt 🛺 zur Tiefgarage gefahren um das Gepäck abzuholen und zum Wohnbereich zu fahren. Kein Autoverkehr innerhalb des Resorts, ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Danke an Brian, Daniel, Andrej, Aleksandar……

Der Waschbereich mit zwei Waschbecken war im Schlafbereich ohne Tür, was für den noch Schlafenden natürlich sehr störend ist durch Lichteinfall und Geräusche. Scheint jedoch Trend zu sein, aber nicht unser Ding. Toilette und Dusche sind natürlich mit einer Tür zu schließen. Es handelte sich um eine Dusche in einer Badewanne mit Vorhang, ebenerdig wäre komfortabler. Die Klimaanlage war nicht in den Heizmodus zu stellen, nur zur Kühlung. Da nachts schon einstellige Temperaturen herrschten wäre Wärme angebracht gewesen. War so eingestellt und konnte nicht geändert werden. Haben aber einen Heizlüfter bekommen.

My sister and I had a wonderful visit while attending Aspen Music Festival events. We were able to come back to Aspen M

So tranquil and relaxing

Occasional dirty dishes were left in hallway for 2-3 days The dryers were packed with lint in the lint catching mesh and down into the vent exhaust area- a fire hazard that should be addressed by a vent cleaning company.

Very quiet place to stay and convenient to the Aspen Music Festival. My mom needed a ground floor room and they were very accommodating

Aspen is expensive. This place is also expensive. It used to include free breakfast but that stopped during Covid.

enough said. a lot of money to be uncomfortable all night!

the property itself was nice. inside and he lobby was nice.

we checked in then went to town. when we returned we noticed it was hot and the windows were open. we’d noticed them open when we first went in but had not read the note on the wall. we spent ALL night roasting. even after we got out the fan. very disappointing!!! we told the front desk the following morning and they were supposed to give us a discount but haven’t seen it yet. they did say they were working on every building adding AC.

For $700+ per night we were extremely disappointed!

The staff were very friendly and professional. Other than the general manager the housekeeping staff and front desk were helpful. Also, there were a lot of storage spaces and the bathroom area was nice. Campus area was lovely and great for morning walks.

NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! The room was F 80+ during the day and mid-70s at night. Very uncomfortable to sleep and, especially with a Great Pyrenees. Several light fixtures were broken and overall the room felt like a college studio apartment.

Room was tired, seems like a resort from the 80s or 90s that has not been refurbished. Personnel was hit and miss.

very pricey for the quality of the room

Location was convenient and the hotel is situated in a pretty area with beautiful views. I was told the gym was fabulous (and the resort fee was mandatory for its use) but didn't get a chance to use it.

The rooms are in need of update and renovation. Bathroom door was bashed in, very old bathtub and shower, light fixtures broken, carpet very worn, but the standard room was still about $800 per night.

Terrible- Do not stay here unless you enjoy sleepless nights

The people were very nice at the front desk

This is essentially a dorm room on a college campus. The rooms are sparse, cold and incredible loud ( nothing is insulated). Didn’t sleep at all! Moved twice, all are terrible rooms!

Fun in the snow valley:)

Large room and in city transportation bus

That transportation availability was not marketed correctly and I took a taxi van from the airport to arrive to the location during snow, while the hotel has a shuttle service!

The sofa cama was broke , we ask them to change us room but the give us a really uncomfortable roller bed , the shuttle from the hotel leave us freezing at town waiting .. several times

the room was clean and they provide good aminities, but they dont provide water

they are understaffed, the location if the room is quite far from the lobby. they offered golf cart to go to the unit, but there was twice or three times the staff was not available to bring us to the unit using golf cart while the weather was so cold ,it was very cold and below 0 degree
