TRASH!!! Drove 10 hours to check out the same day!!!!!

Not a dam think!

The A/C didn’t work in our room, there was a mushroom growing out of our bathroom wall due to so much humidity and water came the room had prior to our stay. The sink and toilet were dirty at time of check in. The sink had trapped water (CLOGGED) when we checked in. Called down satiate to notify staff and no response. $12 dollars to park on property! The whole facility was trash !!!! Place smelled like mold and really musty

I was Supposed to get my rooms at 4:30pm and end up getting my rooms until 6pm very disappointed that we had to wait in the lobby untill they find rooms when we had reservations

Right on the beach

The extra bed was a stained cot. Wait at the elevators due to them being too small, the free b-fast that wasn't free, having more rooms than parking spaces and payingfor parking is separate?The hotel doesn't have its own parking?(had to park too far, so going back and forth to the car was out of the question)

Easier to say what we did like And it is just that it is close to the beach. This hotel is a dump.

Hotel was good but staff was not

They gave me the wrong room. I requested 2 beds. Pool view, cause of the kids and they gave me 1 king size bed on the 7th floor. Front desk had attitude when I requested the room I booked.

Staff was not friendly and had attitude when I went to request the room I had paid for, not the one they gave me

Chill time at the beach hotel.

Fabulous views. Great location. Comfortable bed, clean rooms. Beach bar with Oscar, Indoor pool, but would prefer outdoor pool. Staff friendly. Clean quiet beach.

I knew hotel old and dated but added to the 60's nostalgia of history.

Disgusting

I booked this for our, out of town guest for their Anniversary. It was so bad they asked to come back to our house!

Smelled of mold, trash by the pool window looking out. Shower curtain was filthy!

Good Stay

location of the hotel is good. we took a room that was slightly beach facing. Overall it was a good experience. Cosy bathroom, nice supplies and cosy room. High priced a bit but it is okay on the location and ease they give.

Check in is 3 and check out at 11. Where does one put their luggage for a day trip? You have no place to go. idk either it should be 24 hrs chk in chk out or something longer so that atleast a person can enjoy a full day there.

Not Great

Good location. Room was large. Right on the beach. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is old and badly in need of repair and paint. Restaurant wasn't open. Bar wasn't open when they said it would be. Indoor pool was cloudy, spa wasn't working. No continental breakfast and we didn't want to pay the price they wanted for the breakfast buffet. Traffic noise was bad. No way to open the door to the balcony.

I will of course book here again.

Well I've been to this hotel before and you really get your moneys worth. The location is beautiful and the restaurants near by are good. The lights went out at the hotel and thankfully the staff helped me the best they could to get a room as quickly and conveniently as possible. I wasn't even mad when the lights went out. I was just concerned about getting a room because of my baby. It took some time but they eventually got me a room. The staff is very nice. Great job!

Its not the hotels fault but more of a city thing with a lot of homeless people around and the streets are not the best.

Great location, but older fixtures that don't work well.

The beach was very nice. The location is awesome. We could sit on the balcony and watch the seagulls and waves. We walked our dog down to the park that is very close. The park has a great walkway, children's playground, dog park, and view of the marina and beach.

The hotel is an older one with older fixtures. We had no hot water. They came to fix it and it became lukewarm. The room temperature was hard to regulate. It was either freezing cold with no humidity or a nice temperature with humidity that made everything damp.

I don't appreciate there assisting handling

They don't help in helping in your needs ... waited for 4hour for pool to warm ... it's very freezing pool. I came from Houston. To this hotel just a swimming pool I spoke to them when I came in and inform of the pool Temperature was freezing ... they keep saying it working When pool was not working at all SINCE THE BEGANING ... my TIME AND MONEY was wasting here for NOTHING . THEY DONT CARE. PULSE NO REFUND WAS GIVEN... I WANT TO MOVE TO ANOTHER HOTEL. BUT ITS WAS VERY LATE FOR ME TO MOVE ... NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANY ONE ..WITH CHILDREN. MY BE MISTAKE TO BRING MY BABY DAUGHTER HERE FOR HER BIRTHDAY. BECUASE SHE HAD SAID THIS WAS HER FOVARITE SWIMMING POOL.... WASTING TIME HERE NOT WORTH IT...FOR FAMILY. 😒

The front young lady lie to me that the manager was not there at the moment.....that she was in a different department. We ask her to call her now and she was there in 14 seconds .. And assisting with our needs pulse THEY need a bilingual person . Swimming pool was not working at all.

Location was good beach was nice

Cleanliness was poor dog poop in hall way when we got to room floor . I had to search another floor for baggage cart . Staff wouldnt get it . Dog food on desk in room . Dirty towel left in bathroom floor. Used soaps in shower. dirty bed sheets with fresh stains never changed out .on beds

Location to downtown attractions. Animal friendly.

Facility needed repairs and upgrades. Toilet kept running. Thermostat did not work (very cold), shower tub retained water between tub and sub floor. As you shifted weight in the tub, you could feel through the flex of the fiberglass bottom and hear the squishing of water. Potential mold problems.

I like the entertainment area. The pool was a good size. It has games and pool tables as well. The staff was great. The room size was good for the value.

The hallways ambiance was old looking and not very appealing. It smelled like a lot of humidity in the hallways.

Beach and indoor pool

When we arrived on Sunday jacuzzi was hot but the next couple days it wasn't. We let the employee know and he said the temp was the highest it would go which wasn't true since Thursday night it was hot again. Also didn't like that kids were told they couldn't play with balls in pool yet the sign didn't state they couldn't. Employee kept getting after the kids and then had a printed sign put up.
