Was very clean and had comfortable beds, but noise from rooms next to us and above could easily be heard. did not feel l

Design and feel. location was ok just felt like it was hard to get to … not near any true street or easy to find entrance.

Paper thin walls as far as noise is concerned.

Petit déjeuner buffet compris dans le prix. Piscine. Chambre très calme malgré la proximité de l'autoroute. Situation intéressante (pas loin de l'océan et sites à proximité). Nombreux petits restaurants à proximité (dont un vietnamien sympa)

I loved this place and enjoyed my stay. Also I would recommend to anyone because it was a really really good hotel.. the staff was very respectful and breakfast was good. An the shampoo and conditioner an body wash was good.

Superb

The general room size was very good. We were glad to find extra pillows and a blanket in the room. The bed was comfortable and the seating on the couch was comfortable, too. The breakfast was terrific, and the woman who worked in the breakfast area the first 5 days we were there worked efficiently, and she was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was so clean, the lobby area cheerful and welcoming, and the desk staff helpful and friendly. Location was good for us. I also liked that the hotel is fairly small. This was a very good experience!

I HATE the trend for such high beds in hotels! I'm a 5'5" woman, not short, and it was really difficult for me to get into the bed! Same at all hotels-ugh! The hand towel bar directly in front of the sink was awkward to say the least. Also, there was no towel bar for hanging bath towels, so we had to swing them over the shower curtain rod to get them out of the way. Awkward! A larger bathroom would have been better. Alternatively, a sink/vanity area separate from the toilet & shower room would have been better.

Nice Rooms and in a quiet part of San Clemente. There are a lot of amenities for an express hotel. Breakfast was simple but nice to have. Great atmosphere to wind down. Overall great value hotel

The front desk could have been more enthusiastic especially for new visitors to San Clemente. It would be helpful to get to know more about the city and/or things to do nearby.
