Clean but outdated.

Clean and staff friendly.

Place is Outdated. It gives early 2000 vibes. No place to plug in phones. Staff did get us an extension cord. TV does not have a usable guide. I forgot what it was like to channel surf and this let me know I dont miss it. Location right off interstate so not a place if you’d like a view. Location is ok for stadium. Tram is not free and hard to access. We ended up ubering.

It was a great, convenient place to stay!

Excellent location and close to Globe Life Field and AT&T

The restaurant staff and food left a lot to be desired. The pancakes were incredibly dry, and three staff members were standing there having a conversation and took a few minutes to even acknowledge our presence. I would suggest customer service be improved. Otherwise, everything and everyone was great.

Too depressing, expensive and no complimentary breakfast.

I liked that it was near Globe Life Field.

I didn’t like the actual location, very isolated and depressing. No shops nearby. The rate was insane and then to have them charge for breakfast on top of that? No, thanks.

Great Place for concert goers

The lady at the front desk (Janice?) was amazing. She voluntarily upgraded our room so our group could be more comfortable. She was incredibly nice and professional. We felt welcomed.

There was some middle of the night hall noise and it was weird having a large—brightly lit—window to the hallway.

Good stay.

I loved the bed, my goodness. Such comfort. The best bed I have slept on in a hotel so far. Well done.

The fact that you do not offer bed and breakfast. I think you need to reconsider that. Also didnt like the fact that despite me reporting that the water fountain in the gym wasn't working, it wasnt fixed the time I was there for almost 2 weeks.

Great location to AT&T Stadium

Love the location for AT&T Stadium. Rooms were very comfortable. Bathrooms, may need some remodeling.

We were there on Thanksgiving day but the bar and restaurant was WAY under staffed. Should have had more help especially on Cowboy game day. Maybe pay them a little more to work on a holiday. You guys were booked so sure you could afford to award the dedicated employees with incentive to work.

if you're going to charge such an exorbitant price, you need to deliver!

The price was prohibitive. Only one elevator worked which was used by guests as well as the entire staff, making it impossible to get around in a timely fashion. A homeless person was in the breakfast room for at least 30min, playing on a computer and clearly being disruptive un-noticed for quite a while by the staff. Name was supposed to be added to the booking, which was never done. I like Hampton Inns usually and for the ratio price/service but this time around it was so overpriced for the quality of service it was absurd.

After a complete remodel. U should have invested inn 55inch smart tvs. Those tvs r 2 small in today's hotels..all newer hotels have smart 55 65 and some 70 in rooms now. It's time to change that.. Invest in 55in smart tvs

The rooms need to be updated, breakfast needs to be free with more options from the menu, swimming area is rough, what is posted online is completely different in person. It’s all rundown. Rooms had staines on the carpet, as well as bedding. Would be nice to have a microwave and full size fridge.

We had a great time and the location was super close to 6 flags, which was our destination.

The breakfast had a pretty good spread. They had something for everyone. Check in was seamless and the room was nice. Had plenty of room for the kids and us in the work-life suite.

The kids would have loved a tub/shower, but that's about it.

I Like the location, really close to downtown Arlington and a lot of entertainment really close by the Hotel

Our Room did not have a good view at all. Kept the curtain closed because all I could see was rooftop and I requested before I got there to have a nice view they said because I booked online that I just get what I get, and to upgrade would be an additional hundred dollars very disappointing in that.

Close to Rangers Stadium for games,a free trolley to get to game, good breakfast, and soft beds!

The breakfast buffet was nice and the trolley from the hotel to the Rangers stadium was nice

well, of course, I was there for emergency reasons and I did had a death in the family and I was grieving and I’m not blaming nothing on the hotel or the stay or anything like that. I’m saying how it is as a time yes I was there for a death in the family and I needed to stay there. housekeeping was wonderful. I was in room 417. Housekeeping did everything. I asked them to do with notes I laid out they are great.

I just thought it was a waste of a building. I think it can be a good building, but not a hotel. So much waste of space.

Everything was great, the kids loved the pool, the guys like the gym. The food was good at the restaurant.

It was close to all the entertainment and they were super accommodating to our needs.

No complaints if I had to say something it would be the price of eating at restaurant but that’s everywhere.
