I've never been treated with such attention and kindness at a hotel!

Every single person with whom I encountered was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A special shout out to William at the front desk and Marcos at the bar/restaurant. William overheard me say to my husband that I needed something in my stomach, so I could take my meds. The restaurant had just closed from lunch, but William took me back into the restaurant and told me I could have whatever I needed. How incredibly KIND!

House Keeping staff making too much noise. 8:15 AM already talking too loud; instead of using a walkie talkie they were yelling across the hallway.

Great location, GREAT STAFF

William & Jason working, at the front were very pleasant and professional. Nice greeting from the both of them! Even throughout the vist the gentleman displayed great hospitality. Carlos in the bar/ dining area was very knowledgeable and on point with his service.

There were three of us staying 5 days I asked for our sheets to be cleaned at least once and we asked the staff several times but our room was never cleaned and we never got clean towels.

We like the location and that the room was ready upon arrival. Breakfast was great. It was easy check in and check out.

Staff wasn't very friendly. During our stay our room wasn't cleaned and garbage wasn't removed. We are a family of 4 and there was only 3 towels and they didn't replaced them during the 2 days that we were there. It was hard to share the same wet towels.
