excellent value. Clean and quiet.

Nice location close but not immediately adjacent to busy roads. Rooms were spacious. It was quiet.

Staff didn't address our problems. After several request we had to fix it ourselves or deal with it

Bathroom floor was dirty, had to clean it myself. Sink drain was broken, ask 3 times to fix it, they never did. Sheets were to small and kept coming off.

We had an amazing stay. Very accommodating. My daughters and I had a large room. It was also close to horse show complex

Location and price couldn’t be beat. Plus they allow pets. Good breakfast

Could have been more manicured.

Housekeeping?

Bed and pillows were wonderful. The room was spacious and well ventilated.

Not sure the room was cleaned. The bathroom sink had to be cleaned, (wet washcloth over the backsplash came out dusty and black), and there were opened packages of coffee at the room coffee machine.

Great value for a quick weekend getaway!

Clean comfortable and liked amenities. Microwave and fridge for great price point.

Rooms needed a little renovating but still great value for the price.

I would absolutely never go back!

It was absolutely dirty, disgustingly, dirty where we laid our own blankets down we did not eat breakfast, because the first day we did the front desk man was using his bare hands after using the front desk to put bagels out against his shirt. The food was absolutely disgusting and full of Open air touched by staff members with bare hands. Everything around the breakfast area was dirty. The bathrooms and our room was filthy. The elevator had things splat on the walls. We used the entry key to push the numbers in the elevator. It was disgusting If I didn’t have to take my daughter to the college for open house down the street we would’ve left.

Besides the green mosey pool, the scenery was beautiful. You couldn’t use anything one of the main reasons we went to that hotel as we were told the pool is going to be able to be used and it wasn’t. It was disgusting.

Enjoyed our stay, close to Lexington. Price was right.

Good price, desk person was friendly, large rooms, comfortable beds

Inadequate breakfast. Everything offered was carbs. … waffles, toast, cereal, bagels. The 4 of us decided to have breakfast elsewhere, so we could have eggs, and maybe meat.

The view is awesome. The rooms are big. Each room has a balcony.

Nice room but could have been QUIETER.

The room was clean and nice.

there were people slamming doors-the doors automatically slammed even mine when closing. People talking late into the night. Woke me up several times. Kids loud in the halls morning early in the morning. 2AM-4Am seemed to be the loud times. This could be partially avoided by separating the guests and not putting them all together..

not the best but good for cheap pet-friendly accommodations

always good value, friendly staff, and decent breakfast. pet-friendly is a must for me, and I like that they put us on the ground floor being able to go outside via sliding door when pup needed

bathroom/shower floors were dirty, shower didn't drain properly so water pooled at the bottom, saw a cockroach by the ice machine

Bed way too high. My wife could not get into bed. She called front desk they said they would look for stool and call her back. Never called back.
