Disappointment for the price paid!

Not much but atleast the beds were comfortable.

They had no hot water during my stay! The bathroom had hair on the floor and tub from the previous guest! Ew

Overall stay was good. We would stay with you again

Breakfast was ok. Most items were empty at 845 and nothing fresh got put out.

Shower was a little dated, shower curtain was ripped and rod broken and didn’t have a lot of hot water and toilet was hard to flush. But the overall room was good.

It was a decent last minute stay with college sports team. Would stay again if in the area.

Breakfast was ok. I certainly appreciated the yogurt cups and fresh fruit.

I think staff should be available during breakfast hours to guests when something is empty or missing. Poor girl at the front desk shouldn’t be bothered to clean up a mess from inconsiderate guests. Beds are hard as a rock but 🤷🏼‍♀️

Pretty good breakfast options. Staff was very helpful. Wifi was good. Easy to find with plenty of parking.

Decaf coffee was cold. Shower curtain wouldn’t stay open. Toilet needed to be repaired. Room could have been a little cleaner.

I doubt it if I go back agian after my last experience.

Convenient for me. Once a while the price is reasonable.

The bath towel was used and totally dirty. I used it without looking at both sides of the towel. It was a horrible feeling to notice you have used dirty towel. I have stay in this hotle few times before, but unfortunately I can not make myself going back again.

The property seemed to be very clean . All Staff EXCLUDING General Manager worked efficiently with kindness

We were greeted by the man I later learned was the General Manager. The reservation was booked & paid for EXCEPT a small portion because apparently my payment for the small increment did not clear my bank at the time but the manager said you HAVEN’T PAID ANYTHING & told us to move over & wait for the other clerk to help us , as he needed to in his words “ get the line down” Their should be on video surveillance to view. He did not apologize for of course any of the mix up or his lack of ability to do what the desk clerk did. Which was handled very gracefully by her . This General Manager embarrassed me & my family in front of a lobby of guests waiting just as we were. Again the young lady front desk clerk this night was an absolute pleasure.
