Disappointing

Bed was incredibly dirty. When taking sheets off there were crumbs and stains all over mattress cover. Very outdated.

room was filthy. called the front desk and they said they’d have someone clean it in the morning. they didn’t. I sent pictures of the room to the front desk. pool area was filthy as well.

Superb

The staff are as great as the pool! We Love this place and come back as often as we can. Special shout out to Pam at the desk, she's the reason we stayed here to begin with. And the beds here are Super comfy.

The restaurant isn't open everyday.

Location is convenient, hotel is concerning

The proximity to the Xfinity center was really the only plus. The beds and pillows were comfortable, but with the cleanliness in the room lacking, it was hard to enjoy. There was an indoor pool, and having a bar/restaurant on premises is convenient.

Black mold on the air conditioning unit, the room smelled, we opened the window to help and there wasn't a screen in the window. Everything in the room was just a little dirty or broken. This is the Blockbuster of hotels, it looks abandoned and everything is outdated.The hot tub was advertised, but looked to have been broken for a long time. The indoor pool is right in the center of many rooms with indoor balconies, so you feel like you're in a fish bowl. Staying here was a means to an end of getting to the concert and having a place to stay for the night. But I would never choose to stay here if that were not the case.

we went to a concert & live 4 hours away. the hotel was new, clean, rooms were comfortable everything we needed was

Comfortable bed but don’t stay here if you would like a meal, drink, and or sleep

the bed was comfortable and clean. Looked newly updated.

Staff was short and not helpful. Multiple rooms had very loud guests after 11pm which made it difficult to sleep. Bar was closed when we arrived but listed as open on the website.

For the one we needed it was fine. location. was great but it was damp and musky. To be fair it was indoor poolside.
