Until I find permanent housing in Austin - this is where I would like to stay!

May book a few weeks here - I have a very bad back, room built for accessibility - great pool, nice staff

This place needs some serious TLC.

close to downtown, very easy to get to the property.

the listing claimed it was non-smoking but the room smelled like cigarettes & all our clothes smelled like smoke when we came home. the wi-fi didn’t work the entire time we were there, there was a leak in the roof or something causing a bubble on the ceiling that i was worried was going to collapse at any moment during our stay. i saw a couple of bugs in the bathroom/sink area, the mirror was broken and hastily taped back together with packing tape.

Worth every penny.

The rate. Period. Cheap place for a shower and bed.

The wifi was really weak, and I tested it before I committed, but when others came to their rooms the performance died totally. The other guests are VERY low quality people, smoking outside our door, talking loud on their phones outside our door like they are using a tin-can phone. The people roaming the parking lot were sketchy. The room was ok for the rate. Burns in the floor, and a broken sink mirror. The shower/tub was not that clean. It was clearly cleaned but I don't know if it can ever get back to white. It just looked dirty. The toilet was ok and didn't seem dangerous, but that is how you looked at this place, like it could be unhealthy. We dropped something on the floor beside the bed and when we looked the dirt under the bed and under the headboard was CRAZY.

Smoke reeking rooms

location is good

room was smelling like someone been smoking there for years. they tried cleaning it but it reeks of smoke. I asked the front desk to check - they told me “it’s not a smoke but like a smell of a new car”. Guess what - my shirt was reeking of smoke 3 days after.. Wound never stay there again.

The phone in my room had to be replaced. You could receive calls but not make calls. The TV didn't work correctly the whole time I was there.

steer cleer if you can

very sketchy surrounding with obvious drug users and prostitutes hanging around the property. room smelled heavily like smoke. almost inhabitable. I felt unsafe.

They did not serve breakfast nor did they wanna give you extra towels and tissue the reception I believe she's pregnant is very lazy it was hot every night and it's drug infested

Everything then I paid 120 dollars a night for terrible service and our room had roaches

Door lock for card entry broke not battery but needed back up key while trying to leave next morning...and no cold water at all, cold was hot & hot was scalding
