Do NOT stay here!! Sketchy business! Unless you would like to be scammed

Gave us the wrong room when we paid for a more expensive one because that’s exactly what we were looking for and when we called the GM she said since they sold out they just gave us whatever they had said she would call us back and never did VERY rude and unprofessional!! Unexpected holding fees of about $200 you aren’t told about till you arrive. Won’t take cash. Cockroaches were in the hall. Booked a 2 bed suite but was given a small thin blanket for the pull out couch and that’s it. Also cancelled on my friends a day before they arrived and didn’t let them know because they were over booked! They had it reserved for months. Do not stay here if you want your moneys worth because it’s first come first serve.

We will be back!

The set up of the rooms are so different with the bedroom being separate from the bathroom and other spaces. The customer service from the two gentlemen working that day was impeccable. They were sure to check on me and correct the problem with a few minor mishaps I noticed upon entering my room. I also enjoyed the television selections and my favorite part was the late check out at no additional charge. Though I didn’t need it the offering of it was so amazing! I will be back again for a third stay and more after! Hopefully I will see those familiar faces or others with just as great costumer services as those two gentlemen!

The staff was very nice and professional

The room decor and setup was very nice. The bed was amazing.

The carpet was very dirty and the breakfast could have been better. The walls in the entryway going to our room were also very dirty. Also the pillows could have been a little more firm

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The rooms was big space for my family.

I had a few roaches I recorded one crawling. They didn't have my room ready when I supposed to check in. My room didn't have any towels or rags at check in. Heard a child crying and yelling all night.

The rooms are super nice. When we first got there the lights didn't work on one side of the room and they were quick to fix them..

The website said there was a pool and there wasn't.

Superb

The Staff was amazing! We arrived in the very late night/ early morning hours due to complications at a totally different hotel. They got us in a room right away so we could get rest. The room was clean and comfortable!!! The breakfast was surprisingly good!!!

the only downside is the pool area was under construction

Breakfast was great . Always a plus not to have to leave first thing for food .

Wish we would have known the pool wasn’t really. I would use darker curtains for the rooms facing the road also.

This was an amazing quiet night for the hubby and I.

The hotel was amazing. Comfortable beds, 2 televisions in the suit. It was a nice set up. Beautiful scenery when you walk into the hotel. Great staff! She cared enough to make sure I loved the room.

I loved it! It was only 2 of us! For someone with more than three in the room, it could be small for them.

When a staff member came into the bathroom while I was using it to collect towels! She entered without knocking! I felt violated!
