Overall, good quality for the price. Nice lobby area for sitting or working. Friendly staff.

Front desk staff was excellent. I liked that there were some hot choices for breakfast. Near many restaurants.

Floors and carpet in my room were dirty. I asked to have them cleaned, which they did. Room had a humidity problem.

Great facility and location. Very helpful staff and clean rooms. The price was great! Thank You.

I have stayed at this location in the past and that is why I chose it again. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great and has a good variety.The rooms are clean and so is the property in general.

There is nothing I didn't like so I can't I make a comment.

Will continue to look at the Hampton Inn from now on.

Room and bathroom was really nice. Bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast and choices was awesome. A lot of hotels no longer provide a hot breakfast.

It was OK for 2days and the price

The room was nice enough and the breakfast and 24hr free coffee although the coffee was only luke warm due to the fact that the main coffee maker in the kitchen was broken.

The location was too close to the I95 and as above the coffee was only luke warm,It appears that this hotel is a transit hotel frequented mostly by blue coller and white coller workers rather than tourists.

Location convenient

The front desk clerk was extremely rude at check in. I had a confirmation for two rooms. She very flippantly said she didn’t know what happened, but they only had one room and was sold out. We had been traveling for 12 hours. I requested she contact a manager to resolve this situation. The manager told her to give us 2 rooms which she did. I spoke with the manager the next morning and he apologized and said we would only be charged for one room because of the very unpleasant experience. It appears my credit card has been charged for both rooms and I have emailed the manager to please take steps to process the credit.

great stay!

staff was great pool was very clean and enjoyable, coffee all day and night breakfast was ok nice place to stay , we always stay at one of your Melbourne sites. our next trip will be on the beach and we always stay at your Santee SC hotel.

bathroom was old tub was not clean and shiny , do to it’s age.

The hotel could use a little updating.

The breakfast was excellent & the kitchen person went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was delicious & very good choices. We appreciated the fact that the heating/cooling unit was quiet. Did not wake you up when it came on.

You could tell that there had been dogs in the room previously. It had a distinct odor.
