Terrible. Would not recommend this hotel.

The free shuttle service to the market.

The building is old and in need of renovation. There’s only 1 elevator, there were long black hairs in the shower, the carpets were filthy and the balcony door was drilled shut. Very disappointed for the price we paid.

a exceptional stay in a hotel where the staff put the guests first

i liked the fact that the staff cared about their guests - Mary, the concierge was brilliant. the rooms are still serviced every day - which doesn't happen every where - thank you Jesscia! the lady who looked after the breakfast area was helpful. the room was very nice - it had everything we needed for our stay. The hotel was in a good location for the riverfront.

nothing really - was on fairly main road but so were a lot of other hotels

In one sentence my stay was okay but had small challenges to make it great

The HVAC worked very well.

The on ramps to Savannah hwy were very short and made it hard to merge on to highway. Only having one evaluator for the entire hotel was frustrating. It maybe for insurance reasons but the balcony was inaccessible which was a determining factor when I was selecting hotels in the area.

Bei einem Gebäude mit 16 Stockwerken hat nur ein Aufzug funktioniert. Keinerlei Bemühungen zur Fehlerbehebung oder Informationen hierzu gesehen.

Staff was very kind and room was clean.

The room was cleaner than I expected when we walked into the hotel. Pleasantly suprised.

Inexpensive option given its river views and easy access to downtown Charleston.

The regular shuttle service to downtown Charleston made it easy to access that area without having to deal with driving and parking in the chaos.

The exterior did look a bit run down as you first pulled up, though thankfully the interior spaces had been recently updated and were in good condition, especially in contrast with the first impression.

Muyyyyy sucio, muy descuidado, el desayuno pésimo, el servicio del dependiente como momia. La Hostess muy buena y sonriente, pero las mesas sucias. La lencería limpia, pero el piso de la habitación pegajoso. El precio extremo para la calidad. No volvería.

Very nice stay with great discounts throughout the weekdays, however not so good rates on the weekends.

The hike i saw in the rates when I wanted to stay a couple more days.

The stay was somewhat okay.

The location is good. The shuttle service was awesome.

Booking.com advertised this room as Oceanview, but it wasn't. The front desk didn't advise us of the water problems. The a/c was noisy.

Less than mediocre

The view and the free shuttle.

Front desk attendance. Not great. No coffee or water in lobby. We arrived at11:30. Shuttle was late departing. Shuttle pick up was on time. Night desk attendant rolling a cigarette as we entered. Of all the rooms in the hotel we were given one next to the pool. Breakfast awful. Service was ok. Morning desk attendant not to be found, then suddenly appears looking high as a kite. Our door entry was broken. Hotel in disrepair needs attention. Needs some TLC desperately. The staff we came in contact with, except for the shuttle drivers, we’re not at the top of there game.

We liked Charleston but this hotel is old without any southern charm.

The shuttle to down town was great. All drivers pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is old and desperately needs updating. The room we stayed in was of a really poor standard. The hotel had a busy Mother’s Day lunch and unfortunately the knock on effect meant that breakfast the following morning was really poor.

We would stay there again!

We loved having the shuttle to take us into the city! Jason, the shuttle driver is amazing!

We booked a king size bed and were given 2 doubles. They didn’t have any king size rooms available. It would have been nice to have a king size bed but it definitely didn’t ruin our trip.

I feel sorry for the nice people who have to work in such a substandard hotel

The view from the restaurant was nice.

I coincidentally went to this hotel with my parents as a child and the facility looks as though it hasn’t been updated in the intervening 40+ years.

overall good stay!

They swapped our rooms with no issue when we found out there was no hot water in our original room. The staff jumped on it right away and tried to fix it. When it became a maintenance problem, they moved us without issue. Great way to resolve the problem!

The breakfast was awkward. We didn’t know who the waiting staff were and had to ask the host to take our order. The food was great but getting it was a hassle.

Great views from the restaurant!!! Convenient to the places I wanted to visit.

Disappointing

The soaps are nice. Bed is pretty comfortable

The room is small and you hear everything from hallway and other rooms. The quality of the facility is very old and not good looking
