Needs updated & cleaned !!

Staff was friendly.

Rooms kinda smelled & sheets had stains on them. Unfortunately I didn't see this till morning so ugh 😬!!

OK. Not sure I'd stay again. Cleaning staff and surly front desk staff was off putting.

Didn't have breakfast at hotel. It wasn't offered when I checked in, but no issue since I had other breakfast plans with friends and family later that day.

The beds were not made daily. Also the last night I stayed the staff didn't leave bath towels. ALSO the key cards were iffy. Mine didn't work but my son's did. When I went back to the front desk to reactivate my key card the staff told me I just wasn't holding it up correctly.??? I told them whatever, just reactivate the card which they did and it worked every time after that.

It accomplished my needs.

The people. The toilet wouldn't work. Maintenance got right on it. (flush chain had broke). Every time going past the front desk we were greeted.

We really loved this place. Nice and clean and great Beds!

The mattress was great. The beds were super clean and the mattresses were super clean. They were able to get us in for a last minute accommodate us last minute when the Hampton Inn next door gave our room away.

The restaurant was a little pricey for the amount of food we received but they did let us order last minute at the end of the day so I guess it was a fair trade off. There wasnt really anything else to say that was negative.

This place needs alot of work

Rooms was how I asked for.

This was a no pet place and there was two large mean dog cross my rooms but they claim they were service dogs but service dogs are not aggressive like that. They would not do anything or Apologize. No pool inside the building but when booking they say they have a pool Available. Pool is an outside pool. Also breakfast was included with my booking but they still made me pay$9.50 per person for breakfast. If they want people to pay for breakfast they need to take the breakfast included off. Need to put Micwaves in the hotel rooms. We coukd not warm up foods at all. Need more than 1 bath towel in the rooms. If you know how many people are going to be in each room they should make sure their is towels for everyone.

More expensive restful stay. Did,t like high side tub, no non-slip feature.

Bed most comfortable. One bed was not made completely. Sheets were on Comfotter and pillows were heaped on a chair. Otherwise it was spiffy.

We skipped $9 breakfast. We had friends staying at Fairfield at $ 30 less. They seemed well rested too, and happy to let us know what they paid.

The location was good, Close to stores and restaurants.

There needs to be a microwave in the room, So that guests can warm up leftovers. Also, there needs to be softer toliet paper.

The staff was friendly.

I did not like the smell of stale cigarettes in the room. I changed my first room and then the second room smelled, also. Didn't like not having the coffee replaced in the morning. The dryers in both rooms did not work or the phones. Couldn't call the front desk. The windows were dirty. The elevator carpet is nasty.

Hotel was okay - a bit dated - expensive considering Hallway floors and lift floors all needed vacuuming … quite dirty Power went off at 7am - still not on at 8am when we left

The hotel met our needs.

Incredibly comfortable bed & pillows, walking distance to Wally Waffle, Barnes & Noble, Temple Israel, and many other establishments, parking, vending machines for snacks and drinks, local activity brochures, helpful staff, coffee & water set ups in lobby, outdoor swimming pool & chairs, exercise room, breakfast available & dinner restaurant on site. (but go to Wally Waffle!)

The big bowl of the sink was a bit too high for me. I couldn’t get the body lotion to squirt out. Neither of these are really important.

Nice hotel in close proximity to businesses and restaurants.

I am a loyal IHG member, so I always try to stay at IHG properties when traveling. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was ideal with easy access to the highway and surrounding businesses.

So as I mentioned I am a loyal IHG member and I have stayed at many Holiday Inn's across the country. This location is showing its age and could use a bit of a refresh. The hallways are dimly lit and it did not feel like the common areas were air conditioned, so as soon as you walked out of your room you were hit by the heat. Also the restaurant was not open for breakfast during the week. They offered order ahead takeout breakfasts, but I do not like to eat in my room. Still the room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. I will most likely stay here again on my next visit.
