Awful front desk staff (few exceptions among them) and extra charges can ruin your experience

Location is very good, short walk to the beach . Comfortable rooms Valet parking staff is nice and efficient

Staff very rude (few exceptions). They will not care, will not provide solutions and will not make what they commit to. They charge $5 for receiving packages in front desk and often packages will be "missing". It happened twice in my case and they will not make any effort to find them, you will be sent to talk to mane people and even to their sister hotel across the street. You are on your own. They recorded wrong details for my reservation and when I requested the ammendment, person in front desk was totally rude and simple hung the phone. I had to send somebody in order to insist for missing packages, which surprisingly were found after I left. During weekends this hotel becomes very crowded and noisy because of parties and events. If you stay In a room facing north you will have a strong light from the building next door all night. You will be charged and additional $25 daily fee per person for "resort" even when you do not even go close to the resort area. Lock in my room broke and nobody will go up to help you. You have to go downstairs. I got locked out and I was moved temporarily to another room and wait a couple hours late at night because the had no qualified technicians at those late hours.

Mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo

Del alojamiento me gustó la ubicación y la atención de Guillermo que ayudaba con las maletas y Leslie del Valer Parking

Casi todo, no fue una buena experiencia, las fotografías que tienen en la página distan mucho de l realidad, pésima atención y las dependencias no están a la altura. El check inn un caos, llegamos temprano y por lo mismo pedí un check inn al medio día y ahí empezó todo lo malo del ingreso, no hubo forma que me dieran la habitación antes de las 16:00, expliqué que lo había solicitado pero no me escucharon, además ese día el sistema estaba malo, solo una persona podía hacerlo y según tenían que verificar que la pieza estuviera lista, al final desde las 15:00 horas estuve en el meson esperando la habitación la cual a pesar de mi insistencia no me la entregaron a tiempo. La habitación estaba limpia pero el microonda un desastre, tenía óxido en su interior, el televisor muy antiguo que llevamos para nuestros hijos un Amazon TV que no pudimos conectar y el internet había que conectarlo con una clave que te daban en recepción y el cual durante 2 días a la mitad de nuestra estadía no funcionaba. La piscina en pésimo estado y sucia, una sola vez la limpiaron el lunes 1 y la cerraron todo el día por mantencion, fue la única vez que la vi limpia, una pena ya que es muy linda pero está en malas condiciones. El servicio de limpieza de habitación era muy malo, limpiaban cuando querían y creo que nunca barrieron la pieza, realmente deficiente. El personal en general muy poco amable, salvo Guillermo y Leslie los único que entregaban un buen servicio . En resumen una mala experiencia, nos quedamos acá porque nuestro alojamiento cerró la piscina por mantenimiento y esperando que al ser de la cadena Hilton tuvieran un mejor nivel, lo cual no ocurre y le hacen un pésimo favor a la cadena, creo que nunca más me alojaré acá y jamás lo recomendaría, porque a pesar que uno está pagando un hotel que no es barato no recibes una atención correcta, una gran decepción

GIVE MY MONEY BACK NOW!

The location is nice

The front desk staff and managers are barely speaking English with no understanding and OVER charging with unauthorized transactions. I’ve been on the phone for a 5 days trying to show proof and retrieve back what they took from us! I will NEVER EVER stay here again and will never recommend anyone to stay there!

Great location, clean, and beautiful

Everything about the property was great! Pool amazing, warm cookie when checking in, and allowing us to checkin on the app was so cool especially opening the door with the app.

The wild rule that you cannot bring food or cooler to the pool. It’s brutally hot and also once checked out we were still on property until we had to get our car and couldn’t bring our stuff in the pool. The staff felt like drill sergeants checking bags and the rule is absolutely ridiculous.

Awful customer service

The pool.

Customer service is awful, especially from Ms. Ramos. Missed breakfast included because staff decided to open an hour later one day. I asked if I could get something to eat from the shop as I already paid for breakfast and she was rude and useless. No replacement breakfast or compensation was offered. Poor breakfast, probably the worst I've seen in a hotel of this category in the US

Comfortable beds, overly priced, stingy the products as they do not keep them refilled, quite clearly on a regular basis

There was no hand and body lotion or conditioner on arrival, and when making reception aware the following day, we got back to our room late in the day and neither had been refilled as requested despite the maid had been into clean the room, replace towels and make up the beds.

Will be back due to a clean and friendly environment and fun vacation area

Pool side tiki bar, complimentary water and cookies upon arrival. Access to beach towels, chairs and umbrellas, pool towel card, restaurant right off the pool/ water. Hotel with a view. Circuit ride access right to the boardwalk

Relaxing time

Clean, comfortable

Our room had a view to the dumpster area, defeats the balcony. The cross to the beach, too long. The beach chairs too close together, it makes it suffocating. Nothing around for late dinner nor drinks.

Location & pool area

Staff did not clean my room and I gave them a 24 hour notice . They just left clean towels . I called to complain the next day and no one showed up till 4pm and they put new pillowcases on but the same dirty sheets and left towels . I sat on the balcony and watched them

Amazing location & exceptional pool area. This is the place you want to be in this area.

The queen room was great. We were given the 10th floor for a inner-coastal & pool view. Breakfast staff was friendly and the food was great. The menu had a lot of options; avocado toast, omelettes, pancakes, waffle, etc. When we first arrived to this location, we weren't greeted by anyone. We had to go find someone to help us with check in. The place is very clean and the management staff was very caring about our needs and how our stay was going so far. I have to call out two managers that made our stay exceptional. KRISTEN & ISA.. I might be spelling ISA's name wrong, but without them, we wouldn't of had the amazing experience we ended up having. Kristen reached out about our stay, and I mentioned what my concerns were. She was very quick to make sure we had the best stay possible, and Isa made sure everything went smoothly. I apologize if I'm spelling Isa's name wrong again and I couldn't find the text messages with her name. I also have to note that the pool area is AMAZING. It's probably the best pool footprint out of all the hotels in that area. The staff & the tiki bartenders were exceptional. We'd definitely stay here again. Overall, this location is great place to stay if you're heading to the Hollywood and/or Miami area.

The pictures are a little deceiving with mentioning ocean side/pool side view. You need to get the correct rooms for that view.
