Convenient location, very comfortable stay for families with young kids, prices felt inconsistent and high

The location is great, there are 3 similar style suite hotels in this area, the indoor pool was great selling point

The prices felt very high, when asked to amend the reservation I and several other families we booked with were told that the rate for one night would be more than the 2 nights, and our costs all seemed I consistent so I’m not sure who decides the rates

Best place I have stayed far and wide (except the Botel Admiral in Prague)

This place is not brand new as I have stayed here off and on for about 8+ years however it smells new, looks new and feels new. The breakfast is expansive including eggs, sausage and potatoes, yogurt & fresh blueberries and granola, rolls, blueberry muffins, bagels and bread for toast and viola' waffles, ceral and boiled eggs and fresh oranges. Then there are a few choices of juice and coffees and teas. The dining area is exceptional meaning it is a warm room designed around a fireplace with warm dark furniture and alcoves looking out to a large enclosed area of patio with umbrella covered tables and grass, a courtyard like area. On the other side of the courtyard is a large indoor swimming pool and spa! This place is exceptional. Well worth the cost if you have a reason to come to Fairfield. My reason is to see my grandchildren. Besides the Jelly Belly Factory and Budweiser factory I cannot imagine another reason to come to Fairfield. I bet it is the best place to stay in miles and miles tho.

This is a hard one. I really had to think for awhile. Personally and this is unusual, my check-in was lengthy. The Desk clerk was busy on the phone when I arrived. I was in no hurry and she asked then continued on the phone with something that was obviously hotel involved. The minute she turned to help me, the fire alarm went off and the alarm was penetrating!! Screeching painfully above my head. It took a bit for them to check it out and turn it off. Someone had burned something in a microwave! I could suddenly smell it. My check-in was interrupted with multiple (something like 12 calls) phone calls of people inquiring about the alarm, It did not seem anyone evacuated....they just called the desk several minutes later. Jeez.

I would recommend the hotel for friendliness, facilities and cleanliness

Great location for us to travel in to San Francisco. The 2 male members of staff at check in were a credit to your company, they were cheerful and asked us questions about where we’d been and going on to and gave us great advice.

The breakfast wasn’t great, no sausage, burnt bacon.. it wasn’t the best I’m afraid.

Amazing staff very friendly and great and close location to attractions we went for.

Breakfast was great the food was great. The staff made sure everything was fully stocked and available and was very friendly.

Next time we will book a bigger room, other than that there isn’t really anything negative to say about our stay. We stayed in the queen suite with 2 adults and 2 younger kids and we definitely should have book the king suite for more room.

Wonderful

The breakfast was wonderful in the morning. All amenities including the spa and pool were great. Room was a good size for 3 adults. Front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and approachable.

I have nothing about our stay that we didn't like.

The young woman who checked us in is lovely. She is professional, funny and helpful. The breakfast was yummy and my daughter loved the waffle bar and all of the many choices. The pool and hot tub was a great treat after the gymnastics competition. Also love that the hotel is pet friendly.

The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable, lumpy and slanted down on one end. My daughter used extra pillows to help the comfort factor. I would also recommend a soap dish so the counter does not get all wet and soapy after washing your hands.

The whole place is always amazing for our family get ❤️ kids swim we have 3 babies and we can relax and bbq and let the kids be kids. Make for a non stressful get together ❤️

the large spacious rooms were perfect for my family! I loved that everything was connected you didn’t have to go outside to access the pool.

the items for sale in the lobby where very over priced 😬 and the side door were poorly lite at night.

Front desk manager was rude in our checking out. She would not accommodate two credit cards even after they said it was possible at check in. She was dismissive and rude! Never staying here again!!
