The stay was fine, just expected a more modern hotel room.

Location was good, staff was good. Lobby and restaurant area was nice.

Room section inside didn’t match lobby area as far as niceness. Elevators smelled bad and were hot. Pool area had portable trailer restrooms instead of physical restroom area. Photos on resort website would lead you to believe rooms and bathrooms were a little more modernized.

No resort vibe!!

Food at restaurant was excellent and great value. Location was perfect. All staff were attentive and friendly. Very clean area.

Room was small and not well equipped. Bathroom very small and no room for toiletries. No lounge furniture except for 2 desk chairs. Patio extremely small. Bathroom toilet too low to floor and very uncomfortable. Carpet in toom very soiled.

Definitely not worth what they’re charging.

Very nice location right on the beach!

Run down. Paper thin walls. Crappy fitness room with broken treadmill. Fire alarm randomly 5:27 a.m. with no explanation from staff and no all clear given, everyone just shuffled back to their rooms after 20 minutes.

Beautiful ocean view, breath taking! Mesmerizing!

The Ocean view, comfortable bed, watching the sunrise over the ocean, walking on the beach, enjoying the ocean waves and the fresh air ☀️

Elevator not repaired 😞 out of order! But really didn't mind the walk across the building to the other elevator.

Will not go through bookings.com again. Did not get what we paid for.

Was suppose to be full view of beach but was no view. They did however move us to another room with a PARTIAL view but it had 2 double beds and not the king bed we booked. Very disappointing. Feel like I was cheated. The reception desk at check in blamed bookings.com

Restaurant was very slow. Waitress was terrible.

My state was disgusting but was fully refunded back to my account, but will never stay at this location again

The pool was great, and the proximity to the beach was fantastic.

It took forever for the elevators. They could use an upgrade.

Nothing like the ad. Old Hilton. Low ceilings. Needs updated bad. Small rooms. Pool was nice. Sign said limit 30 people but always over 50 during day, so too crowded . Beach really nice. Would not stay again. Too many nicer properties in area. Also elevators are really scary. Take forever and even started going up when a little boy was trying to get on. People took stairs instead. Everyone was talking about them.

Very nice. Don't go in July, though. It's way too hot outside.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff seemed to work overtime to keep the facilities nice.

The beach rentals were a little expensive. We rented two chairs and an umbrella and it cost $45 per day. It would be nice to be able to rent for multiple days at a lower daily price.

Beachfront access is always amazing!

It would have been ideal to provide accommodations for chairs and umbrellas, or offer discounted rates for individuals that just needed them for an hour versus being required to rent for the entire day. Pay by the hour should be considered.

The beds were comfortable. The staff was great.

The bathroom was small and there is no counter space for anything. The water smells so bad, but I guess that is just the water at St. Augustine. The music selection on the patio was terrible. You would do better with a DJ. The restaurant was terrible. We at there once and ended up leaving most of our food behind. Add some shelves and hooks to the bathroom. For a family of four to use, it was a mess.

My best friend came down for a visit and we absolutely had the best time. The pool was clean. I love the tiki bar by poo
