Will never stay with that hotel again. Just ridiculous…

Nothing.

They accused me of smoking in the room when my family was in there.. the pull out bed didn’t even work..blood stains all on the couch..

Great last minute stay.

The breakfast was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. Overall a very nice hotel.

The deodorizer used in the room was very strong and was a tad overpowering. It smelled like what you would envision Axe body spray smelling like.

Exceptional

The location , the cleanest, the hospitality was just awesome 👌. They made us feel welcome there.

What I didn't like is when we had to leave. My grand kids had a ball along with My adult children. Just being able to just enjoy Family with a peaceful mind.

Less than impressed.

The breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. Nice variety of food and the employee that was getting the food ready was very nice and talkative.

Stayed at this property a couple years ago and a recliner was brought up from their theater room for my elderly mother to sleep in. Prior to booking this time, I requested a recliner again and got two different answers...they had one or two on site that could be requested and another answer that there wasn't any on site. I responded that we had stayed there a couple years prior and that we were able to have one brought to the room. They then stated that they would make a note that we were requesting one. Upon arrival, I was told by the front desk attendant that he was the only person in the building and that we couldn't have one brought up. We booked at this property specifically for this reason. The hotel room itself reminded me of an older motel room with a mix of different old furniture and the bed mattress was gross with big pills on it that stuck through the sheets so we slept on towels. Overall, not my first choice of places to stay based on the room itself. The hallway smelled of pot in the morning as well.

Exceptional

Everything!! I usually go all the way to lake Geneva to get away for a day and its like a hour and some away from where I live. I will still visit them.. . However I will be back once a month for my brain break there your location is 20 mins from my house!! The sunrise from the 4th floor was breath taking I added a picture. I want to see the 5th floor sunrise next!!

We really enjoyed how clean and quiet the facility was. The king suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The whirlpool was very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious. The price for our stay was very reasonable. A really great find! We would definitely stay there again!

Our room came with towels but no washcloths. Not sure if that's standard practice but it would have been nice to have them. The staff was friendly but one of the staff members was FaceTiming someone while checking us out. She put her phone down while she helped us but it seemed a bit unprofessional.

Excellent time

The room size was spacious. It had an actual closet for clothes! The kitchen area was nice along with a garbage disposal. It came with the needed supplies. While I didn't go swimming, that area looked very clean and was stocked well with pool towels (so many are not). Side note: there have been a few hotels advertising an indoor pool but when you get there, there will be a sign stating it's closed. They are completely pet friendly! No "special" rooms are assigned because people travel with their fur babies. Second side note:. PLEASE people: Make sure you pick up after your pet so nice places such as this aren't forced to change their pet policy!!! Finally, their breakfast buffet is AMAZING! There are several choices between cold cereal; yogurt with 2 kinds of fresh fruit and granola; waffles; toast and bagels; even soy milk is offered! They also have 3 hot chafing dishes with some type of egg, tortillas, sausage or bacon and all the fixings! Everything is fresh thanks to Shell/kitchen person.

Disappointing

Spending quality time with my daughters in a suite. Breakfast was also real good and plenty of selections. Loved pool and hot tub. Location was great for us.

Our room was not clean. Bathroom was the worst. We took pictures for staff and got cleaning supplies from store and cleaned ourselves. Mold on ceiling in bedroom, ants found on chair in sitting room. Dont think coffee maker was ever cleaned and didnt work well at all. Needs to be replaced at this point. We also had to empty dishwasher on arrival. On a positive note the staff was Very Helpful and Accomadating! I wish I could remember the gentlemans name, He deserves Kudo's for his handlng of situation. Apologized for unclean bathroom and took care of us very professionally! We were pleased! Check out is at noon. The morning of checkout the front desk called room at 10 am to see if we were gone or gonna be gone soon because next guest had arrived early and was hoping to check in. I have cancer and weekend was spent with my daughters to have some girl time. We played games and didnt go to bed until 2am. We all were woken up by that call. Girl at front desk did apologize but it still was quite rude in our opinion. We have stayed here years ago and in other areas of state. Never ever had issues or complaints. We chose this place because we've always loved it and their facilities. Its unfortunate my review is not good.

I will never stay here again.

The staff was friendly and the hotel wasn't far from the freeway so location was nice.

The room was double booked according to their staff. The room smelled like sewer and it was disgusting. The kitchen utensils were dirty along with the whole room. There were leftover keys and a liquor bottle from someone else's stay. The in room spa tub was covered in a white chalky film and was gross.

Superb

The breakfast was fabulous! I particularly loved the American style DIY waffles and the many choices of coffee and creamer (very thankful for the decaf!) Some breakfast items just needed to be topped up quicker and the staff could work on their customer service. Instead of saying "It's coming but I'm run off my feet etc etc" just saying "sorry for the wait, but we will have more available in X mins"... it's just more friendly. On another note the room was huge, and the snack shop was fabulous!! I loved that I could get my root beer when I arrived :) The pool was also fabulous although there could be stricter surveillance on it as when we went to go in there was around 7 children in there jumping and diving in so we had to get out. The location was great for us and close to the offices where we were working while we were there. It didn't take too long to get into the centre of Milwaukee either.

mentioned above, but staff could be a little more gentle and pool surveyed a little more.. but otherwise, it was fab! really enjoyed my stay there!

Would definitely stay here again.

The room was really spacious with a full kitchen and jetted whirlpool tub. Felt more like a nice one bed room apartment than a hotel room. There is a separate room from the bed room that has a pull out sofa. The free breakfast was also good. Check in was a breeze and the staff was nice. There is also a pool and hot tub on the first floor but we didn't use because we had a hot tub in our room.

No complaints.
