Run down facility that should be 1.5-2 stars max.

The people were friendly. From checkin to the breakfast staff, everyone was super friendly.

This is an old run-down facility that should NOT be three stars. It had smelly hallways with nasty old carpet and cheap laminate. The wallpaper was peeling in our room, and our window was on someone else’s balcony…so they could look in. Weird. The pool is the size of two King sized mattresses put together. The spa was broken. The breakfast was waffles, watered down fake juice, a basket of apples, two cereal choices, and yogurt. The coffee was awful. There was something on the floor right next to the bed so I doubt the floors get cleaned in between guests.

Happy, comfortable, good value!

Housekeeping ladies were WONDERFUL! The place was clean, quiet and close to everything. I felt safe all on my own for my 8 day stay. I have nothing negative to say about this place, only positive!

Would recommend for a value stay!

Very good value for a quality inn and staff is so incredibly friendly. Rachel was the best! I care most about a room being clean at a hotel and it was. Hot tub and pool and breakfast was also enjoyed as well, would recommend for the value!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good value with the price I paid.

There are big stains on the chair fabrics which made them look very dirty

Mini fridge and microwave in rooms. Plus a private balcony.

It's not near Camp Pendleton. This is located in Tri-City, where Oceanside, Carlsbad, and Vista meet. Wall paper and chairs were peeling off. I didn't see any bugs, but the bed made me itchy. Breakfast was only waffles, fruit loops or raisin bran, yogurt, and apples. The "orange juice" was really Sunny D. Very small pillows.

Comfortable, good location, not so clean

The room was BIG and spacious so that was nice

The room was ok but the chairs looked old and had some stains on them. Luckily no issues with the bed

Superb

The concierge was very helpful, she waited for us to arrive despite showing up after midnight from a late flight. I liked the privacy of the indoor hallway, which definitely helped keep us out of the rain while bringing our luggage in. They also made the bed every day and arranged our stuffed animals for us which was made us very happy.

I do wish they were pet friendly but this is more a personal preference. There were times when people in the hallway would talk it would echo loudly but that's about it.

Poor

I was almost robbed outside the hotel. I had to run to get in and close the door behind me. The manager was very nice when I called and told her. Apparently he does this often and the police never come
