good location but not a servicable room.

fresher food and a better selection. Hotel did not have hot water for at least a day.

Breakfast was good. Good variety and availability.

Dog poop by the front door. The mattress was in poor condition.

We were there for a funeral and the pool and hot tub were wonderful for relaxing after a sad day.

The desk personal were very accommodating and pleasant.The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows the furniture and tub sink and shower were very clean. The location was great!

The toilets need a good cleaning mold around the upper rim in both the room and the public bathroom the back entrance was really dirty as were most of the carpet areas.

The room was clean

I didn't get the room I booked. The guy at the desk didn't care. All he could say was "I don't know" when I showed him the room I reserved. The 3rd floor smelled like pot. It was noisy. I was also charged $20 more for an early check in that I couldn't enjoy due to not getting the room I reserved. We will NEVER go back to this hotel

Good, clean Coldwater hotel.

Breakfast and location were very good. Affordable room rates and very quiet hotel. Pool and fitness rooms had no others using it some of the nights. Clerks and owner are very friendly.

Air and fridge was loud on and off. The pool temperature was cold and needs to be more comfortable for guests. Hotel could of been updated/ modernized.

They told me when I went to check in the pool was down and I would get a 100% refund if I canceled and then only refunded me for one night. If I would have known I still had tonpay for one night I would have at least stayed since I was paying for it anyway.

Was excited originally but dissapointed when we didn't get the room we originally reserved.

The staff was fine. Not much they could do about the situation that happened with us not getting the road we originally ordered.

We reserved a room with a jacuzzi tub in it, but when we got there, they said we only reserved a standard room and there was nothing they could do about it. Instead, we got a room with a light out and a stinky room.
